It was very clean, the staff were super friendly and approachable. One the receptionists helped me to fix my phone when I was struggling with the frozen screen. They offered help to book taxis and when I was waiting for a car at 5:00 to take the sunrise tour kept an eye on me to make sure I’m safe.

I liked everything! However, you need to know from your room to the lobby is a bit of walk and if it rains it’s a bit problematic. They always ask you to call and ask for assistance though.

Big suite with big walk-in, good view, good aircon, free electrical buggy service to reception or main road, bell boys, in dead end street with no traffic or crowds, close to the beginning of beach, taxis and tuk-tuks waiting, transfer to airport for 1000THB, late checkout, 18 minutes walk to Bangla Rd, 5 minute walk to Big C minimarket and to N9 restaurant.

Fridge in a room is very tiny and has no shelves, no beer bottle opener, breakfast is sufficient but not very huge in terms of variety and about the same every day, about 90 steps if you live in a top building but they provide free buggy service there.

We had a nice stay here, the rooms are big and everything is very clean, beds are enormous and very comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with everything we need. The location was good, even though the small street which leads to the hotel was a bit shady. You can always use a buggy to get to your room, but there are also stairs(not to many, do not worry for that)

First night when we arrived we wanted to order some food in the room, but they told us they do not serve anymore even though according to the schedule there was 30 more minutes left. Seems that location is close to a mosque and every morning we were awaked by prayers, but we good used with it in the end.

The staff were amazing! From those at reception to the cleaning staff, they were incredibly attentive. The breakfast was good.

Attention to minor things would make this hotel compete with some of the pricey hotels. Things like cracks on the balcony glass and chipping paint along the bathroom sink are small fixes that could be attended to.

The hotel and room was very modern, comfortable and clean. The room was spacious with a comfy bed, little balcony and even a reading nook. The breakfast was decent, nothing special but tasted good. We also decided to get lunch one day and can definitely recommend the Indian curry lunch special! Location wise it depends on what you're after, since the hotel is on the north side of Patong Beach which is a little quieter and further away from things. For us perfect because we didn't want to be in the middle of everything. Do recommend renting a scooter in the area though as the hotel is situated on a little hill.

For us location was good but I can imagine it is a bit too far out for some people so keep this in mind.

The hotel had just changed hands, so wasn't 100%. I got stuck in the lift for 30mins. It was awkward to get around, lots of stairs.

Staff were friendly, Breakfast was good and Hotel clean. Close to beach and walking distance to shops and markets.

Supplied small amounts of shampoo and and soaps.

Rooms are up the stairs or on buggy. Good for exercise but sometime a bit troublesome.

Nice and modern hotel. Nice rooms, not very big, but well decorated with lovely balcony. We ordered pizza in the dinner restaurant and it was really good! The coffee was good as well.

The lady in the reception wasn't nice, she talked to us with a plastic smile like she's forcing herself. She asked us to pay even though we didn't had the chance to change money before we arrived, so we asked to enter the room, put our lougeg before, but she said it was impossible. The reception staff was not professional and nice like we met in other hotels. But the staff in the restaurant was nice and helpful. They forgot to leave us towels and when we asked we've got old grey ones. In our second night we saw big group entering the hotel. Then we've got a letter that a wedding is taking place in the hotel, for two days!! That's why it was impossible to use the restaurant service. Luckily we left the hotel before the big night. This kind of things should be notice while you're booking...

I was persuaded by Lawi Chan to try Breakfast, is was great especially the omelet and hash browns, but also everything else (didn't try the Indian food but it looked good). Lawi also proved to be both professional and friendly. When things one day fell apart (everyone arrive at 10am for breakfast) he handled some customers aggression very professionally. I was impressed, but in those cases they need more chefs and should have told people we will extend breakfast until 11am, this would have made people much calmer.

To be honest the room (I was in 2nd building, 5th Floor) could be cleaner. This might be an end of season issue before they do a deep clean? The mops they clean the floor with need themselves to be cleaned more often as they move around the rooms. Otherwise room was clean, and I hate insects and saw none in my room, or around the hotel at all :-)
