Tall building with no lift. Kettle in the room would be nice.

It is a great hotel. I spend there 1 month and I was working from it. Good value for money. Great location and quiet street. It's like 5 minutes from the shopping centre. 7 minutes from the beach. 2 minutes from 7/11. The cleaning lady is very kind. Easy check-in and check-out. All the neighbours were good. Clean sheets and room. Wi-fi was very good. The shower was also great. The AC worked properly. I had the room with the small balcony. Be careful, if you want to close the door you need to press the bottom first inside the room and then close it outside. A lot of tourists struggle with that.

if you don't open the window there is the smell of mould but i think all the cheap hotels have it inside

- room small with no window, made it feel like a box with no air. - 5th floor and no lift - Self check-in and check-out. No staff, although contactable via WhatsApp. - The outside door should be closed with a card scan. Instead it's open all the time which means anyone can walk in and no staff are there to check.

Truly a lovely stay. Spent 10 days here and enjoyed every bit of it. Picked the room with balcony & it was very clean and spacious. Same goes for the bathroom. Located right in the heart of Patong, at walking distance from anywhere really. Staff really really friendly.

Wifi wasn’t the best I’ve found around to be honest but if you have unlimited data (you can purchase a Thai SIM card at arrival) you’ll be good to go. I worked & had video calls and everything worked out in the end.

It has a very central location, near the beach and bagla road. Our room was very clean and we felt very comfortable there.

Excellent central location walkable to everything. Comfortable bed. A/C and shower worked well. Housekeeper was very nice.

The wifi went out several times, sometimes for hours. Hopefully just a temporary issue and is fixed by the time you read this. Host was unresponsive to my queries, maybe a translation issue.

Closer to Patong & Bangla Road. Beds are very comfy. My room was not on street side and very quiet. Clean is made when requested.

Floors are hard to climb when you have huge baggages (no elevetor) On top Floors there is washing machine always working that can be sound annoying

Excellent value for money! The rooms were comfortable, towels changed everyday if you chose and clean. The location for patong centre is great - very close to Bangala road also.

The view from the balcony wasn’t picturesque it was looking on to the back if other hotels and not any furniture or space to sit in. But we didn’t mind, but for the price I don’t know what you would expect! It lets lots of light on the room 😊
