the staff were really great, so friendly and helpful. The food was good and the beer cold.

I booked and paid in advance for a grand deluxe room which was very nice but directly above the traffic and bands playing until 2 in the morning. Reception transferred me to another room the next day but it was no where near the same standard as what i had paid for.

The pool downstairs was lovely, very clean, great size and an area for kids. the roof top pool had spectacular 360 views of Patong and well maintained. The rooms are decent size. The location is the best we’ve stayed at and this was our 4th trip. Staff were nice and friendly, especially Don the porter. I believe there are newly refurbished rooms and I wish we had stayed there. Would definitely stay there again.

The bathrooms in the wing we stayed were very small and using the toilet was not easy as I’m not a skinny person. Balcony not large enough for 2 chairs so we couldn’t enjoy drinks on the ‘terrace’. But, we did book a standard room and I know many other rooms that faced the pool had bigger bathrooms and balconies. These rooms did need a little aesthetic work but nothing major. Probably my biggest thing was the bed was so hard I woke with a sore back most mornings and it was noisy in this wing with people slamming doors etc

Absolutely everything from the hotel facilities to everything in the room and I couldn't of asked for anything more, unfortunately didn't make time to relax by the pool though next time I'm there it's a must. WiFi always good any requests we made was dealt with promptly from the staff and my birthday surprise was very nice and me and my partner was taken good care of when we were both ill on separate days, 5/6 minutes walk to bangla Road, I highly recommend this hotel to everyone looking to have their holiday in patong

Beds were very hard, no table or chairs inside or on balcony so no where to sit and eat or drink watch tv the fridge didn’t keep anything cold only enough sugar/coffee for one cup of coffee each Breakfast also went up 100 baht during our stay so went elsewhere for last few days of stay Pool chairs need mats too hard and uncomfortable yo lay in for very long

Friendly respectful staff, clean and secure, pools are great. The servicing of the room was excellent, always had clean towels and a decent supply of toilet paper - no need to ask for it. Easy to organize tours and a taxi to the airport.

TV reception not the greatest, but that's a Patong thing I think - too busy to watch TV anyways! Renovations are happening, but as I was out most of the day, it wasn't really an issue. Be prepared to be harassed by the people who have markets as you come up the drive - they are pretty good at remembering a face lol

The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. Wifi is good throughout the hotel property. The pools downstair and roof top pool are clean and easily accessible.

Access to the towels for both pools could be made easier. One upstairs and one near the pool downstairs could be better. I also booked my room for the day before I arrived so that I could move right in in the morning when I arrived rather than wait until 3pm to check in. Despite sending a message to the hotel when I arrived my booking had been cancelled.

what when well? The location is superb as within the vicinity of the Phuket Patong city. near to Bangla street, beach and F&B shops and restaurants. Room: Superb; clean and nice view especially the room is facing the swimming pool. the toilet is clean with basic toiletries items. the bed is clean and comfortable... and the only thing i 'complaint' about the bed that it is so comfort and made me lazy to wake up..!! Pool: at the entrance area is clean. Staff: excellence services and very helpful. very professional and polite to guests. they attended my complaint well and take immediate action. well done F&B at the hotel for breakfast: value for money and i love the Masala tea and few food.

What could have been better: 1. the room tv channel is not function well. i did not highlight it to the front office as most of the time we are going out. 2. hotel breakfast. good to provide few varieties 3. pool at the rooftop or sky bar. suggest to put more plants as the place is so empty and very hot in the day time.

Location was good. Room was clean and renovated nicely. Pool was enjoyable.

My room was on the ground floor and quite close to the restaurant and the pool. So as soon as breakfast starts or even when the pool area is open, it can be quite noisy and hard to sleep-in. Also, the room door doesn't block out any noises, so when the staff are walking back and forth and talking to each other, the noise really reverberates up and down the corridor and can be noisy.

Room was great with pool view. Staff excellent friendly and helpful.

Pool is too open, no character, no greenery overhead. Didn't feel motivated to use either of the pools. Breakfast isn't great, only discovered in last day that there is a secret stash of bacon by the eggs. Unless freshly cooked the eggs were often cold and like rubber. I was reasonably happy with fruit and yoghurt. Coffee was pretty grim.

Beautiful roof top pool and bar and the other pool and bar is lovely too! The staff go out their way to help you and the location is very central. The rooms are large and good sized balcony. Food and drinks both nice.

The elevator was temperamental and the pillow they give you is not comfortable.
