We loved our stay at Two Villas from the very first moment. The staff at the reception (and everywhere else) is beyond amazing and friendly and the communication is so easy! We loved our house - it had everything you need and the staff cleaned it every day very very good. The house is huge and the rooms are also very big so you have really a lot of space to enjoy your vacation. Next to the lobby is a new restaurant. They offer amazing food that you can also order to your house. Also in this area you can find many nice restaurants in walking distance (Blackbox for example) - the beach is also walking distance or you can take a free bike or a scooter. You can also order a masseuse to your home if you have a really relaxed and lazy day. We really really enjoyed our time and loved the stay at TwoVillas. We will be back for sure!

The breakfast was really good, different options to choose from including Vegetarian dish. Good coffee

The pillows are hard/too high. Options to have a mix of softer pillows and firm pillows would be good for family staying

The location, where as a Muslim,many optiion to buy halal food,even the Bang Tao night market was nearby. Villa was very spacious and clean except for the presence of mosquitos daily. Staff were friendly and very responsive to queries through whatsapp after office hour to settle any shortcoming.

The villa pool,our main attractions actually especially the kids,on the 1st day when we swam we realises that the water chlorine content or some sort of chemical cause eye irritation and inflammation to the skin. Even after reporting,technical team came and pour another drum of chemical i guess but that doesn't help as on 2nd day all of us again had some kind of skin inflammation issue. I assume the pool maintenance crew not well train on how to measure the amount of chemical in pool water.

Nice Pool - kids loved it. Good service. Also when we changed our BBQ booking (more than once). Nice Design of the houses and good positioned walls as it was not possible to look into the neighbour pool.

The kitchen could be equipped better (we missed a rice cooker for example or mortar for cooking Som Tum).

Breakfast was delivered to the villa each morning and this had a huge range of options to choose from, as well as a cleaning service daily. The staff were impeccable, the villa was huge and had everything we needed, with the bonus of having ample amounts of bottled water left for us each day. It felt very safe staying here with overnight security who met us on arrival with our keys and showed us to our villa. The staff were super helpful and would communicate throughout the day via Whatsapp if we needed anything. They helped to book all day trips we wished to go on, and could also recommend trips, activities and restaurants.

We were in the very end villa which was next to some building work that was ongoing. The villa was still stunning and there wasn't any noise from the works or issues, it was just something we could see from the bedroom balconies.

Pool, staff, layout. Clean on arrival, housekeeping everyday, free bike rental.

Tiles started to break and fall apart mid visit, sheets weren't changed once and floor cleanliness not maintained. Unexpected deposit after paying, premium charged on top of third party services, bikes were free for a reason, chains fell off multiple times and handlebars not set properly, pedals missing etc. Also the location makes it hard to get a taxi or tuk tuk.

The villa itself is great. Lovely space and super quiet. Nice pool, and the beds are very comfortable. The staff was also quite helpful. Specially when we needed help booking transportation.

Upon arrival, a deposit was requested, and we couldn't use AMEX as they didn't accept it. We had no other credit card, if not AMEX. We had to pull out 5k in Bha to be able to check in. It was quite annoying, to be honest. They recommend locking your rooms, but with the room locked, housekeeping couldn't make the rooms.

Nice villa, very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Good location..

The villa was not cosy. There were no pictures or anything colourful on the walls. The only mirrors were in the bathroom so difficult to do hair and make up as too warm in bathrooms. There wasn't a full length mirror at all. TV was a terrible picture and all in Thai. We did ask for a mirror for the dressing table but they said they had none. The pool has no steps so you have to pull yourself up onto a ledge turn on to your knees to get out, so not good for elderly or disabled.

Size of rooms was great, very spacious with good storage. Both rooms had decent sized balconies over looking the grounds below. Living space and kitchen area with full sized fridge ideal. Comfortable sofa and additional two flat seats with flat seats also useable for resting your feet while watching TV. Large dinning table to gather around when having any meals in villa. Good sized and warm swimming pool and that is regularly cleaned. Cleaning each day by staff of villa was exceptional. Ample parking, quiet location and respectful guests. Great people managing the villa!

Stairs to and from the bedrooms would be safer with a handle rail on one side. If you have one, bring an Apple TV or other device to watch Netflix etc. No full steps in and out of the swimming pool, so that can be difficult for some people.
