It is a house-museum with a very friendly welcoming hosts. Very interesting place to see and to stay. My room was super clean, very comfortable, free water, tea, coffee and cookies. AC worked fine, calm evenings in spite of lively old town outside. Strong WiFi, safe streets to walk. I‘m glad I made this choice ☺️

It‘s not for beach leisure because it takes about 40 min to Kata beach, lots of traffic jam in the afternoon.

Amazing all the way through 😍😍 I was there with my child 5 y. old. The hotel is placed in fine, renovated old building with gardens and beautifully furnitured lounges, there is actually a museum as well. The decorations are amazing, and truly reflects the historical spirit of Phuket. It has been a fairy tale. All the place is very clean, the stuff very friendly and helpful. We felt most welcomed, we felt good. Thank you🙏♥️

This boutique hotel was a dream! I was only here for one night and when I walked in I contemplated cancelling my itinerary to just chill. Very clean, incredibly hospitable staff, the rooms are gorgeous and it’s right in the centre of old town so you can walk anywhere and come back to the cutest oasis. Loved it! Bookmarking this place for next time.

Breakfast starts at 7, if you have an early flight you’ll just need to grab something at the airport. Would suggest a breakfast plate request for guests departing early.

Great location for old town and Good restaurants around the corner. Although an old historic property the rooms are super clean and has no smell of damp that is otherwise common. The bathrooms are modernised and very clean with all the amenities needed. Beds very comfortable.

Lovely boutique hotel. The location of the hotel and its rooms are fantastic. If you are in Old Phuket Town and want to soak in the culture, this is where you should be. Really nice pubs and restaurants just right outside the hotel. Do not miss the complimentary Thai breakfast! The staff is very sweet and always smiling.

The Woo hotel is absolutely amazing. Staff were all so helpful. From the moment we arrived and the check in staff were so welcoming and gave us a lovely cold drink on arrival, took up our bags and explained a bit about the room and booked us a taxi to the airport when we left. The girl in the breakfast room is also super polite. The hotel is old style and absolutely spotlessly clean. The room we got was really big with a lovely big bathroom and a safety deposit box. We got complimentary snacks on arrival and water every day. The hotel couldn't have been in a better location in old town phuket near everything. The breakfast is ordered the day before from a very good selection of asian and other choices like omlettes, fried eggs, ham and cheese croissants. Loved our stay there and can't recommend it enough.

They're was nothing I didn't like about the Woo hotel.

Incredibly efficient, polite and friendly staff. Check in and out was speedy and easy. The hotel was wonderfully decorated, spotlessly clean and was attached to an awesome little museum which we enjoyed wondering through. The location is right in the heart of the old town near loads of restaurants and shops.

We reserved a double room, but unfortunately we had to settle for a twin.

Location was brilliant for getting around town, plenty of shops & eating places. Staff were absolutely amazing, we can’t praise them enough for all their help. We had a transport problem getting to the Simon Cabaret which they resolved. Thai Breakfast was very tasty, shower was good & slept well. Free coffee, tea & water with lovely biscuits in room

This hotel is amazing! It seems to have been renovated recently. The room is cosy and decorated with alot of beautiful wood furniture. The bathroom is modern and looking great! The bed is very good. The breakfast is good. There is also a museum if you walk to the back, you can just walk around and see 1800 and 1900s furniture. Book here and look no further:)
