To sum up it was great! The hosts do not speak english very well, but are so very friendly and helpful. Fortunately we could check in before 2 pm. We were helped and showed to the room. In the room water, toilet articles, just everything you need -(apart from safety box!)The hotel is small, simple and very authentic, is placed very central at the Thalang Road, we had a small balcony and could look down at the street. There is a small patio with fish downstairs. The hotel does not serve breakfast, but it is possible to get water and coffee in the morning. Greeeeaaat value for money.

Unfortunately we got a room above the street and it was not fun any longer, when my child 5 years old should sleep....but the street was peaceful at 11 pm. It is possible to hear others !!! As if they were in the room. Fortunately they went to bed early. My child was badly bitten by mosquitoes this night 😔 we used repeller, apparently not enough and now I worry about dengue fever. Please spray the rooms 🙏

AC was great

Cleaning service was coming once a day in the morning when we were still in bed. They did not come later in any day (and we stayed 4 nights), they just kept leaving water bottles under our door but no toilet paper, they also did not make up our room later in the day. The hotel should think about getting the „don’t disturb”/„please make up my room” signs and offer cleaning more than once a day in the morning - since not everybody leaves hotel with first rays of sunshine.

I loved the old feel—the wood floors, the stained glass, the staircases. I got the most basic room (standard queen) and it was small but suited me. It was clean and charming and the bathroom felt recently remodeled. For this room, the light comes through stained glass windows leading to the hall and an interior courtyard, so there’s no view, but I was on the third floor and there was plenty of light. The location is perfect, and it was a nice retreat to have while exploring Old Town.

Sound from the hotel seemed to travel from the courtyard, so if you’re a light sleeper, earplugs might help. And a sleep mask—there are no heavy curtains. Just some things to plan for so you can have as lovely a stay as I did.

The guest house was amazing, located in a very central location and gorgeous neighbourhood in the heart of Phuket City. Even though the hosts didn't speak great English, it didn't matter as they welcomed me with a smile and we were able to figure everything out with kindness and good attitude. I couldn't get past how beautiful the building was on the inside! Loved everything, the wooden floors, the room aesthetics, spacious bathroom and very comfortable bed. The room was clean and fresh water and towels were provided daily. The small backyard with the pond of koi fish was a treat! It was the perfect place to relax with a hot coffee available after a long day of exploring. Overall amazing experience, I would highly recommend!

really lovely set up the room was stunning for its petit size. stained glass on the window was even more beautiful at night. Also the best location!

bed was like sleeping on a cement floor, power plugs would turn off when you turned the light switch off so our phones would stop charging at night. you could hear a lot outside our door, there wasn’t much insulation for sound. and the room would heat up very quickly if the aircon was turned off, which would happen every time you weren’t in the room, especially on arrival.

A charming, spic and span family run inn right in the heart of Old Town Phuket. Main Street rolls up the sidewalks between 9:00 and 10:00 so the hotel is very quiet as were our fellow guests. An exceptional value for the money.

We stayed 4 nights and our room was never cleaned. We had to ask twice for clean towels and picked then up at the front desk in the evening. These however were minor issues that would not prevent us from recommending this gem of an inn. In fact we liked it so much that we extended our stay by 1 night.

Wonderful hotel with character. The room wasn't the biggest but it had everything you need and also a very comfortable four poster bed. The bathroom was spacious and new. The hotel is located right on the main street in Old town so close to shops, restaurants and entertainment. Our room was tucked at the back though so there was no noise whatsoever. Don't know about the other rooms but the street tends to go quiet at night. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone!

The property is located in the middle of the old town of Phuket hence has the old sino-portuguese style. The interior also has its nostalgic looks and ambience.

Nothing in particular. The XXL visitors need to be aware that it takes sometimes to open both door wi d to get to the room. Also, the staff seem to be withdrawn and silent. You will not be bothered by them nor will you need to say hello every time you see them. You will simply not see anybody. Some may like it, some not.

The place has a no-nonsense approach and I liked it. No chit chat no unnecessary cheering just the blunt facts. Owners are a bit difficult with English but we could communicate just fine. They even let us use the little 'kitchen ' corner to have some tea in the morning. Also the place is right at the heart of old town. Rooms are a bit small but furniture is good and functional.

Loved the location and the vibe of the hotel - in the center of the Old Town. Felt more cozy and prettier than the pictures. The host was friendly, and for the price of the room, it was super! Would definitely book again.

For a longer stay I would think twice because the room is very small, but we knew that and we did not mind at all, since we stayed for 1 night.
