It was the staff really, I came in late that night from suvarnabhumi the younger man spoke english and well. He showed me the room switched on the air for me he just made sure everything was ok. Walking back to the foyer area I noticed out of the corner of my eye a refrigerator. after a more detailed inspection my worst fear was confirmed. A refrigerator containing cold leo beer, you would not like it. Delicious oh yeah. In the morning the reception area was hosted by a very helpful thai women, she organized a taxi and set the price. perfect. I will be back.

Na Siri Lake View was the perfect spot for 1 night after a flight delay. It is close to the airport and convenient. The whole place is spotlessly clean and neat and staff are friendly (although the lady's English is not great). The room is large enough with an en suite bathroom and everything is clean. The bed was firm but comfortable and perfect for a tired traveller. Bathroom was great but the shower water pressure was quite soft. There is a restaurant there and the food was very good. We also walked to a 7-Eleven which was about a 15 minute walk away. There is a fridge in the room and free water too.

Na Siri Lake View is in the middle of a residential area, which may not suit everyone. We had everything we needed for an overnight stay and found it very comfortable.

I stayed here for the second time and was again very happy. The family running the place is really friendly. It's great that they offer restaurant service when you arrive hungry from the airport, really appreciated that. Most importantly, the rooms are just very nice and super clean. Beds are comfy, pillows are a bit too firm and big but that's typical for Thailand. Get a room with lake view, it*'s worth it! I even was able to get a little morning run around the lake done, great before a long flight to move my body a little bit. All in all, great value for money and very very close to the Airport. we needed less than 10 minutes.

Very convenient small hotel for Bangkok's airport. We were weighing up the price of here compared to the convenience of a hotel in the airport complex and we're glad we chose this one. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious at a very reasonable price. Booking .com upgraded us to a lake/pond view which was nice. Food was good and beer was reasonable. Staff were good. Note that to get here from the airport, go to level 1, short journey taxis. There was no queue. You tell the desk where you're going and get allocated a taxi, for 200 BAHT. No hassles at all. We booked our return through the hotel, 200 BAHT, also worked perfectly. We saved about £100 on staying at the airport and enjoyed a pleasant walk around the lake which is a community area.

Easy to reach by taxi from BKK, my 2nd stay (first one in 2018). . Bed very hard but comfortable. Staff made me a hot dinner even with late arrival. Nice view on "lake" water reservoir, . Reasonable breakfast choice, great fresh fruit. Seems to have expanded in the few years. Great value for money for location near airport.

Check in staff despite being very friendly and lovely, their lack of English makes it hard to correct an error in their bill. Bathroom was part open to outside air, so going to bathroom was like a steam room visit

Very close to the airport. Ideal location, if it is your last stop in Bangkok/Thailand and you want to get quickly to the airport in the morning, avoiding the Bangkok city's long traffic jams. The staff was courteous and Cooperative. Breakfast was good and the cleanliness of the room, toilet and common areas was excellent. A serene place to stay, in at a very reasonable price ... overall great value for money.

The TV size could be a bit bigger, as there was ample space available. Moreover the TV should have been mounted on the wall at Eye level, or slightly higher, while lying in the bed. It was too high for comfort ... at the door top level.

The room had balcony with a nice view of the lake, very clean and comfortable and you could smoke on the balcony and down stairs in an outside lounge. Arrived at 6pm no kitchen open but got chicken panang delivered to my room. Very close to the airport about 10 to 15 minutes cost about 85 bath + you had to pay for bag i think 20 bath. Very nice if you going to fly they offer car to airport for 200 bath.

Breakfast wasn't until 7:30 I had a early flight, but they had hot water and I always bring instant coffee with me because sometimes they don't have black coffee, and I need coffee to wake up...

Nice spacious room, great view off the balcony of the locals playing and getting evening exercise. Nice food and cold beers, staff were friendly and arranged out a taxi (200 baht to the driver) for me the next morning. 7/11 a short walk away.

Getting from the BTS station involved a taxi ride in quite heavy traffic, forget walking the 5 or 6 kilometers to Na Siri- it didn't look fun. The hotel is way out in the middle of nowhere so be prepared for that.

The room was very clean and nice. The bed sheets was very clean and AC was also cooling properly. The location is very perfect because it's very near just 10 minutes of Taxi drive, to Suvarnabhumi International Airport, Bangkok, Thailand. The hotel street is very comfortable and relax environment. The hotel back side there is a Lakeview. The hotel is very cool...! 9/10

I was spend 1 night on the top, 5th floor of this hotel but there was not rain shower available in the bathroom and also no Toothbrush, Toothpaste but the bathroom and room was clean...! 9/10

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I loved that they offer a taxi to the airport for 200 baht. They are close to the airport and otherwise it would cost only a little bit less than that, so I found them extremely fair and helpful in that regard.

The area is very close to the airport which is why I booked it. But otherwise, it's tucked away in a little neighborhood with residences. Not easily walkable to anything. Closest 7-11 is a 15 minute walk.
