Closeness to Survanbhumi Airport. Drinks on the roof top bar.

Have stayed several times before and had a far better experience. This time the shower drain was blocked and the shower recess filled with water. Went sightseeing one day and arriving back that night our room had not been made up. Couldn't find a telephone number for Housekeeping so contacted Reception. A staff member arrived with clean sheets to make up the bed and change bathroom towels before leaving. The room floor was not cleaned. The bathroom toiletries were not restocked, no toilet paper. Coffee and sugar supplies were not replaced.

The hotel is so close to the Airport for a great few nights to stay before flying to another destination. Also a great pool to relax and have some down time. The Hotel has an awesome roof top bar open every night with good food and friendly/Helpful staff, who can speak great English and Thai. There is also a mini market shop out the front and 2 restaurants with great Thai and western food and cold drinks. More food and restaurant's in walking distance from the Hotel aswell etc etc etc... just a great hotel we will stay there again on our next visit to Thailand. Also airport shuttle bus every 30 minutes to from the Airport so easy, Awesome.

We had a few issues with room keys but that was sorted out very easy with the staff at the front counter. all okay

It is very close to the airport, so only a short transfer, which is easy to arrange with the hotel, 100bht for a couple, very reasonable. If you look at the location you think it will be noisy, airport, Road, factory it is not. The hotel is remarkably quiet, no noise from factory, a little from the road if you are outside, none from the airport, your sleep is not disturbed. There is good street food nearby if you want, but the roof top restaurant is excellent with an open vista of the airport in gentle quiet as is the coffee shop at the front. The reception staff are very helpful, booking taxi to Don Muang airport (400 bht on meter) or local trips. Recommend for short stay on arrival or for departure

Nothing perfect for short stay

Well run hotel, clean, excellent rooms, good value for money, mini bus transfer to airport, competent staff and the facilities are good too. You can't go wrong with this place. I'm a frequent traveller to Thailand and have stayed here a dozen times. very happy to recommend.

I recently stayed at Suvarnabhumi Ville Airport hotel for an overnight stay before catching my morning flight, and it was a great choice. The hotel's proximity to the airport, coupled with a convenient shuttle service priced at just 100 THB, made my journey stress-free. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, and the room was equipped with all the facilities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities provided added a touch of convenience to my experience. I highly recommend the hotel for everyone who wants to stay nearby the airport. The staffs also very friendly and accommodating.

We loved how close it was to the airport and the shuttle service was excellent (we actually left a wallet in the shuttle and the staff worked very hard to get it back to us which we appreciated). The rooms were spacious and comfortable, great beds and pillows. We had a single room plus a suite which had a fridge which was helpful as we stayed 2 nights. Close to the airport with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Staff were very helpful at check in and check out and we appreciated the help with our luggage.

The rooftop restaurant was closed when we tried to use it and the staff couldn't give a clear answer of when it would be available, there was a quite smoky chimney next to the dining area so maybe it was good that we didn't get to eat there. There was a damp smell in both rooms which they had tried to fix with odourisers in the room but it was still quite strong.

It’s ok if you’re just staying the night to catch an early flight the next day. They have a nice pool area we were pleasantly surprised by the play room, which my daughter loved! Breakfast was good at 200 THB per person The steak restaurant close by has amazing food for very cheap. The airport shuttle is convenient and leaves on time. They quoted us 150 THB for 2 adults and 1 child aged 2.

The floor in the playroom is horribly dirty. Our feet were BLACK after 30 mins in there The staff aren’t always attentive. I asked a man for help to go upstairs as my husband was working in the room and they only give you one key card. He was looking at his phone the entire time. When we got to the elevator he asked me to tap my card and I had to tell him again I don’t have a card, hence me asking for his help. The room is old and not very cozy. It feels a bit dank and grimy. Our bathroom sink leaked from the time we first washed our hands, which left us with a puddle of water on the floor and a wet toilet roll, which wasn’t even a full roll. Luckily there was a tissue box in the room as well.

during covid flight ban, I spent ten days in this hotel, waiting for Lufthansa. Now I returned here because is very well organized, ready for travelers, good for shuttle bus, nice for comfortable rooms

Restaurant staff has to be improved. Seven waiters going up and down without pay attention at customers, after the first drink. My wife received the plate and I waited...waited..waited mine 40 minutes. They forgotten my simple pad thai. After complain they arrived in three to bring the plate. There were only 20 customers.

The location is really good, the hotel shuttle costs 100 THB and it takes to airport around 10-15 mins depends on the traffic. The room is big, the bed of comfy, air con/ Hot shower, fridge, everything in room works well. The hotel has also a swimming pool, but I don’t use. Good drink & special offer on the 64 Sky Bar is good. The good Steak House & a stall of fresh baked bread are just on the right side of the hotel. However, if you like to walk, there are more street food choices such as Chinese Hot Pot, Noodle Soup etc. are about 20 mins by foot With the price I have paid, I am very satisfied with this hotel and their facilities. Recommend for whom to stay overnight for your next flight, this place won’t break your wallet.

Close to the airport, they have shuttle for 100 baht and the food at the roof top bar was great - staff there amazing too as I only stayed for a lay over so they made my food quick and let me take it to my room so I could eat and then sleep. Also tv had lots of channels and I think someone left their Netflix logged in but I had a great time watching a movie whilst I ate lol. Bed was huge and I slept like a baby. The room had a pool view which if I was staying longer looked great to go to.

Wasn’t there long enough to dislike anything.
