All the staff is super kind, I arrived very early in the morning and they gave me the room and something to drink. The location is really good in the town.. near the medina, near the bus station and louage station. The room was really confortable with all the facilities (also the hairdryer). The bed is good. There are italian channels in the TV. All the building is nice: reception, bar, breakfast room. Breakfast also is good and wifi works well. They accept euros. The price is really good for the quality they offer.

During the first night there was a big mess on my floor at 3.00 and I couldn't sleep. The second day, I had no hot water in my room, I told it the staff and they said it was fixed but when I checked out the temperature of the water was still cold or no good for shower or shampoo. Even if in the description of the hotel is specified that credit cards are accepted, I couldn't pay with the card but only cash.

Hotel Khella is a very nice,cozy and well located hotel. Mr Hasan has helped us with every thing; shuttle transfers, local guidance, first aid etc. The staff in general is very helpful and kind. rooms are very clean, breakfast is with plenty options, i miss already crepes, croissants... I couldnt imagine a better location, Khella is in the center, close to restaurants, fort, Medina, supermarkets and beach (max 10 minutes walking distance), beautiful beach by the way. A local restaurant recommended by Mr Hasan ''The Tahrir'' wihch serves delicious local food for reasonable price should be tried at least once. All in all i want to thank again Mr Hasan and all staff for the pleasant stay.

We stayed at Hotel Khella on our last night at the end of a two week long trip around Tunisia. By far, this was the cleanest and most comfortable hotel we stayed. Our room was spacious and well equipped, staff were very professional and helpful. Breakfast was good. And finally, location is great, just 10 minutes walking distance from Hammamet beach.

If you are a light sleeper, be sure to ask for a room not facing the street. We stayed in a room facing the busy street and noise never stopped until the morning. This is downside of the central location of the hotel but sound isolation does not seem to be thing.

The staff were very kind, especially Juda at the front desk. Everything was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. The buffet breakfast in the morning was fantastic. Lots of options. They give you tea when you arrive which was so nice.

The wifi was terrible and didn't work in the rooms. The hallway was noisy at night and I woke up many times to men's loud voices. There was no hot water in the shower (morning and evening), but there was hot water in the sink. When I told the front desk they seemed surprised, so hopefully that is not common. But definitely check the hot water when you first arrive just in case. The sink didn't drain. I had to pull the drain out manually every time for the water to go down.

The staff is super friendly, always smiling and ready to help you and answer any questions. The location is very nice , and spotless! As soon as we arrived they offer us some biscuits and lemonade while we were waiting for the check in. Breakfast is very good and varied, there are lots of different handmade biscuits that were absolutely fantastic! The room was clean and big, and the cleaning ladies were very nice , they always put flowers on our bed , they made Swans with the towel, they put in the effort to make us feel very welcome. The air conditioning was perfectly working in all the structure, despite the very hot weather outside the room was nicely cool! Another thing that we were very happy with was the big shower with the glass! The position is strategically perfect, less than 5 Min walk from the beach, very close to the local market, it is surrendered by lots of good restaurants.we absolutely loved the position! We were expecting something nice from the other reviews but this place was beyond that!

There is no hairdryer in the room . they were doing some work in the next building so we were woken up at 7 am by hammer noises (we know that this little inconvenience does depend on them ) on the other side we were always on time for breakfast! XD

All time I saw smiles around, I felt that everybody works in good harmony and happy that's very important, the clients can feel this, the breakfast I have no word to say about it because in this hotel I had the best hotel breakfast in trips and I enjoy soo many options. Telling about the location it's very near to the Medina and the beach, you need walk around 10 mins, and the hotel is in the front of the central, so you can find a lot of restaurants walking only 2 mins and do whatever you want to do. Trust this hotel is fabulous.

Clean, nice cleaning and breakfast service, good location, comfortable beds, polite staff working in reception

The manager of the hotel must learn how to treat people. Obviously it’s not polite to talk to a man in Arabic non stop when his girlfriend is standing nearby and ignore her because she doesnt understsnd Arabic. It’s a sign of disrespect. The other staff just perfect.

It's a small hotel with almost everything you would need as a solo traveler, a couple and a family, with moderate and clean rooms, good breakfast and most importantly the best hotel stuff I have met so far In Hammamet, very helpful, respectful and responding. Regarding location, The hotel is in the heart of Hammamet surrounded by a variety of restaurants with different cuisines, close to the beach and a few minutes drive from Yasmin Hammamet and Hammamet Sud. Note, the hotel doesn't have a pool which wasn't needed for my taste. It doesn't have a yard or a walking area inside, but it has a lounge and smoking area.
