We were welcomed and check in by Marwa and she gave us a complimentary upgrade without asking with a pool view. Making our honeymoon a memorable one with the spectacular view with the highest floor. We also received a complimentary treats like with strawberry, chocolate, matcha cakes on the first day There is also plugs at both side of the beds. An internet socket if we need to use a laptop in the hotel. Housekeeping was top notch for our room 432. Putting balloons on our bed. She was always waving to us when she sees us. The restaurant staff that was making our omelette for us was so nice gave us apples during our last morning when we were about to check out. Overall it was a very good experience, everyone from the housekeeping to the restaurant and reception was so welcoming and nice. I just wished we booked the hotel longer for our whole Tunisia trip. ❤️👍🏽

I recently spent three nights at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Hammamet with my wife, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. First and foremost, the staff were exceptional—always smiling and going out of their way to make our stay comfortable. They made the check-in process smooth and got us to our room without any hassle. Cleanliness was another high point. The housekeeping staff were friendly and diligent, changing towels and soap daily. The overall service was excellent. Although we didn’t use the swimming pool, preferring the sea instead, it looked clean and well-maintained. Speaking of the sea, the beach was absolutely beautiful—a definite highlight of our stay. The only minor drawback was the slow Wi-Fi. However, since we spent most of our time enjoying the sea, this wasn’t a significant issue for us. Overall, I highly recommend the Radisson Blu Hotel in Hammamet for its excellent service, cleanliness, and beautiful beachfront location.

The full experience was exceptional from start. The people at the entrance greeted us before parking our cars and checking in all the luggages (We were a big group of people with kids). Moving to the reception, Ahmed the trainee welcomed us with a big smile, that was the first sign that the stay will be amazing. He was very helpful and informative answering all the questions politely and you can tell that he is passionate about his job ( the hotel was so busy, being patient at that moment was already a 5 stars for me). I was glad that my check out was with him as well, i left with a warm heart . Moving to Faten, who made everything to keep us all together as a group especially that the stay was booked last minute. She is just AMAZING !!! Customer service is what makes you enjoy your experience and this hotel got it !!! Personally I don’t care about the food or the rooms as long as the people working there go above and beyond welcoming you and treat you as a real guest! Thank you team for all your effort . I will be back again and again for more unforgettable moments.

Location of the hotel was good and beautiful sea view from room. Great staff and breakfast amazing. We didn't have lunch or dinner as we went out at lunch and dinner time.

I understand alot of hotel have this policy for no drinks or outside food allowed, but when you go with children and rely on outside snacks and drinks for kids it's unhelpful. However hotel reception was kind enough to make exemption for my children.

We took a room with sea view, but you can't see the sea from the room, should go to the balcony we expexted to have some help with our luggage when we arrived.. and once we did a lot of shopping, but nobody helped us (we had to get the luggage to our room by ourselves). But we got help for our check-out

The hotel is fine, relaxed, everyone is friendly - nothing to exciting going on. If you are looking to not be bothered and just hang out and chat this is the perfect place. We found what we wanted. The beach is clean with fine sand.

It is alright. If you care about such things: The Superior room has a "side"-sea not a full sea view. If you are a light sleeper I wouldn't recommend the pool view. The cleaning is a bit disturbing. Food: It is okay, but it isn't actually good. I don't know why people on here say it was nice. Drinks: The cocktails were super bad. The beer is overpriced. There is a nice little shack-like bar down the beach, there the prices are decent. The espresso tastes worrisome - go across the street. Prices for services: Everything has a premium European price tag. So basically all services this hotel offers are 2x to 5 times pricier then you would expect in this country. Get the transfer on booking.com - cheaper and also works.

Beautiful room with a great view over the sea, it was my birthday and they really made an effort to make it special and worthwhile (thanks!!). We loved both the swimming pool and the beach, also the gentle and relaxing background music near the pool was appreciated! Also great to be able to have breakfast outside on the terrace! Price-quality balance was good all in all!! :)

Most of the pool guys were really nice and bringing out towels for both pool and beach before you could even ask for it! :) One however was impolite and didn’t fulfill the service level expected in such a hotel. Other minor options for improvement: I would expect fresh orange juice for breakfast in a 4-5 star hotel, and that was not the case. For the pool bar it would be really nice if they also walk around every now and then, so you can order drinks and food from there instead of walking to the bar each time. And the outer part of the hotel could use a new layer of white paint. As you can read, these are all small things.

It's clean, the food is excellent, and the staff is amazing. The rooms are pristine, the dining options are diverse and delicious, and the service provided by the staff is outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Al Hammamet.

When I checked in the room was missing towels and water but the housekeeping brought everything to my room in few minutes

everything was great, staff was very attentive. just couple of points, which is not a complaint but good to know before coming: Wi-Fi was not working in the beach and kids play area, food at dinner was spicy to my taste. food at the beach bar was not tasty at all (breakfast and dinner were really good), ice cream and water are highly overpriced. but the hotel is amazing, beach is great, sea warm and clean, perfect.

the beach was great and most importantly, it was easy to find an open umbrella to sit under (not crowded).

the breakfast buffet was very crowded. Buffet food was either not good or missing due to too many guests (supply vs. demand). The "made to order" omelets and fried doughnut stations were great, but WAY too crowded (had to wait about 15min in line to place an order. Easy fix: have more than 1 chef cooking omelets and fried doughnuts! This would cut the wait time in half.
