Great location! Spacious room! The cleaning ladies were always smiling and greeting! Besma was the sweetest of all!

The hotel claims to have a private beach. Nowhere to be found! If you want to go to the beach you have to cross a very busy road and walk some in order to get there. The beach bar was not open (end of May). Pay for your room in advance, or you might be charged extra.

The rooftop swimming pool was really great. We finally got a newly renovated hotel room that was fresh and comfortable. We really liked the staff; they were all so friendly and helpful. The cleaning ladies, in particular, were kind and sweet. The children’s program and the gymnastics program for adults were pleasant surprises. The night program was great, and we also enjoyed having a pancake chef at breakfast. It was very hot in Hammamet during our stay - luckily airconditioning worked just perfectly!

The facilities were somewhat outdated. Initially, we were given a very old hotel room that seemed untouched since it was built; the kitchen and bathroom were as if from a museum. The fridge was broken, and the room wasn’t entirely clean, with toothpaste on the shelves, among other things. My husband spoke to the staff, and they kindly moved us to a renovated room, which was just perfect!

The room was clean and spacious, including a lounge area and kitchenette. I was very fond of the rooftop pool - it felt very luxurious. Aircon was great, too. Internet worked well. The location is fantastic as there’s a bar and places to eat close by. Beach is also local.

The bathroom was a little bit dirty, especially the bath. However, it was suitable enough for taking a shower. At the pool area, a member of staff (bartender) was a little bit rude to us because we had brought an iced tea from outside rather than purchasing from the bar. I think that we should have been allowed this as we are paying to stay at the hotel. At the very least, he could have been more polite and understanding.

They upgraded us to a nicer room for no extra cost, which was big and comfortable. The pool and general rooftop area was lovely, and the staff were very friendly even through a language barrier.

The hotel was clean and comfortable (particularly the beds!). It was in an excellent location, close to shops and eateries and just a short walk away from the Medina. The staff were courteous and helpful. We stayed in off-season so it was extremely quiet (which suited us well) and we had the pool more or less to ourselves (though a lounger or two would have been nice). The breakfast was tasty: a mix of typical Tunisian savoury food and continental options (croissants, crepes etc.) so I think there would have been something for everyone. This hotel represented excellent value for money, and we would definitely go back.

Really enjoyed all aspects of the hotel. We visited in January so it had a sleepy feel, but that suited us well. Although we enjoyed the food, we didn't always know what we were eating, so some labelling might be helpful to less adventurous eaters!

This hotel is superb value for money! The hotel is situated in the older area of Hammamet, less touristy which suited us well. Hammamet beach as well as many tasty affordable restaurants are within walking distance. The coach station is nearby as well as using taxis allowed us to travel to the nearby cities and tourist sites. The room was spacious and modern. Air con worked perfectly. The rooftop bar and pool was a great place to relax with activities going on throughout our stay. Reception were friendly and helpful throughout. Cleaners were very good at their jobs.

There wasn’t a great choice of food at the rooftop bar, only a small criticism however.

I loved the close proximity to both the beach ( 2 minute walk) Fort ( 5 minute walk) the roof top pool, the outstanding staff and breakfast served from 7 to 10 am, at the weekend crepes were made to order. The room was cleaned every day, we were in the superior room which was lovely with a dressing area, seating area, and double bathroom. Air con was excellent as was the hot water in the shower. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet even though it was on the main room. The hotel had a lovely garden area where you could have breakfast.

There was no hairdryer in the room, you had to collect it from the reception and leave it back. Also, a kettle for tea/ coffee would have been nice

I really enjoyed a lot my whole stay at the Hotel Residence Hammamet from May 19 - 27, 2024 😊 I very much liked the beautiful, comfortable, and clean room 256, the close-by beach, and the safe and great location in downtown Hammamet as well as the very delicious and tasteful food at the breakfast, which included lots of varieties of sweet and spicy food. In particular, I had the chance to meet with very friendly, wonderful, and great people at the Hotel Residence Hammamet, including Mr. Abdelaziz Jelassi at the front desk and Ms. Leila (I believe) who were very professional and very welcoming people; Ms. Besma who took good care of my room every single day; Mr. Ibrahim (Barhoum who was always smiling and serving me great food at the breakfast with a nice smile and good heart 😊) at the restaurant/breakfast area and his friend (another gentleman - Sorry I forgot his name), and Ms. Monia; and Mr. Bechir who helped me a lot with the reservation of the Quads. I must say that all of these outstanding people made my stay at the Hotel Residence Hammamet more than enjoyable, and if I visit the beautiful Hammamet again, I will for sure stay in this great hotel 😊 I would like to vey much thank and say "Hi" to all of these exceptional people, and particularly Mr. Abdelaziz Jelassi who was a very kind, very friendly, and great person to interact with and talk to during my lovely, memorable, and unforgettable 8-day stay at the Hotel Residence Hammamet from May 19 until May 27, 2024 😊 Please keep up the great job! The hotel is in a great location in heart of Hammamet,from the roof the view is magnificent and you can enjoy your time to the pool i think is very good for this offer ,the stuff very helpful i feel like my hone as i visited many times this hotel and sure will return back

The most iibreakfast have to be a little more richer i find it poor and must thry and other options , but i enjoyed the breakfast always in the beautiful garden of hotel
