The room was clean and spacious, including a lounge area and kitchenette. I was very fond of the rooftop pool - it felt very luxurious. Aircon was great, too. Internet worked well. The location is fantastic as there’s a bar and places to eat close by. Beach is also local.

The bathroom was a little bit dirty, especially the bath. However, it was suitable enough for taking a shower. At the pool area, a member of staff (bartender) was a little bit rude to us because we had brought an iced tea from outside rather than purchasing from the bar. I think that we should have been allowed this as we are paying to stay at the hotel. At the very least, he could have been more polite and understanding.

Leila at reception is friendly and gives good customer service

The staff is very nice in general and the rooms are really big. The hotel also has everything you might need (a swimming pool, bar, table tennis, etc.). The location is also perfect, next to the medina of Hammamet.

The cleanliness needs to be improved and the hotel is a bit dated.

the staff, when cleaning the room was left dirty in some parts and the bed was not made properly I sent some messages to the hotel through booking and they never replied.

I just came back . Stayed there in January 2024 , where my floor was completely refurbished and my room was really lovely with a nice view .the roof top pool was great . And warm roof top . But unfortunately I couldn’t go to the sea or the pool as I went on the coldest month of the year .

Staff didn’t speak much English and communication was a bit hard at the beginning, but we used hotel’s wifi and google translate and communicated well . Also this hotel is not directly by the beach , it’s the other side of the road . But the beach was ok . Also the garden can get busy if the weather is good as people from outside the hotel come to use the bar and it can be noisy .

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the staff, and I want to mention all the people from reception: Sami, Wahid, Leila and Kamel, and people who cleaned the rooms and all the personnel... I felt welcome, like in the family... I always found a good advice of what to visit, where to buy certain things etc... I highly recommend and probably I will come back to Tunisia and definitely come to the same place especially because a good balance of price and quality. Barak Allah Feek!

Staff are amazing. I planned to stay for only 3 nights and move to another hotel for 4 nights, however, I ended up only staying there for 1 night and moving back to this hotel for the remaining 3 nights as the customer service here was so much better. Breakfast was usual continental, very humble but quite nice. Again, lovely staff in restaurant. Excellent rooftop pool, very beautiful views of the sunset. 10/10 location, just cross the road to the beach (30 seconds) and less than 2 minute walk down the road to Médina. Kid friendly hotel and area. They are very helpful and hotel is very safe and secure. Spa is great value for money.

Decor is a little dated. TV signal can be iffy.

The value for money is incredible. Clean, spacious, comfortable rooms at seriously affordable prices. Good breakfast. Lovely courtyard area to have a drink. Friendly and helpful staff. A short walk from Hammamet Fort which is surrounded by loads of restaurants and cafes.

The beach in the pictures isn’t quite the same in reality. Not sure if this is potentially seasonal, but the hut was closed and the whole place looked fairly dilapidated.

Room::Very spacious, plenty wardrobe and drawer space, large shower room with wash-hand basin separate from large toilet also with whbasin- separate small seating area,comfortable. Beach is 40 yards across the road from hotel- rooftop pool is beautiful with so much space - there is also a small Cabaret club next door. Location- You are within 200 yards of the centre where you find everything

Everything you are given to eat is very nicely prepared -- It just lacks imagination - Almost all the hotels in Tunisia offer a great choice of excellent food - also my transport on the day I left was picking me up at 7:05 am and breakfast started at 7:00am - I asked twice if I could have a small plate with bread. cheese. butter in my room, or left with a night manager- something! Each time the very inflexible answer was B/fast is at 7:00 and you will have five minutes to eat- I reminded them that I had paid for a normal b/fast but they do not seem to understand the expression"customer service"

Excellent budget hotel in the heart of Hammamet, close to the Old Medina and the beautiful embankment! Very friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic inner garden with huge palm trees and other nice plants. When I come back to Hammamet again, I will stay in this hotel for sure
