Great location right in the city center. The area is full of restaurants, peaceful and quiet, with many local cats that we fed and that are very much loved here. It’s just a few minutes’ walk (uphill) to the Ribat, and we visited the wonderful Oriento restaurant nearby every day.

The WiFi was terrible – it was impossible to do anything despite trying to connect to different networks in the aparthotel. I also suggest replacing the bed – it creaks a lot, which is not a pleasant experience even when simply turning over.

Brilliant location on the waterfront, within easy access of restaurants, main sights to see, local supermarket, money exchange, town centre and beaches. Apartments are spacious and fully equipped for home from home living. Cleaner came in every other day and provided fresh towels. Shower or bath had lots of hot water. Bed was extremely comfortable with lots of different sized pillows and bedding options, for if you were cold or hot sleeper. Full dining table and four chairs as well as sofa bed in lounge area. Kitchen very useful for getting what you wanted to eat and drink, to your own schedule.

Unfortunate that new year's revellers were still making noise at 3am, but this is not something hotel can do anything about, although if you want a peaceful retreat, then something to bear in mind.

The location of the apartments is absolutely stunning; right in the center of Monastir Marina. Practical, clean and spacious rooms, with a bedroom located on the 2nd floor. Kitchen equipped with a large refrigerator, microwave oven, stove. Although the breakfast is not included there is a beautiful Sidi Bou Said restaurant 2 minutes from the accommodation where a rich breakfast can be ordered. I recommend to spend there a long lazy morning in the real Tunisian atmosphere relaxing and watching the yachts, blue sea and local people around. Marina Cap Monastir Appart' Hotel is a place where I definitely want to return one day again.

I found the pillows hard and uncomfortable but it was not a big issue. I would recommend to place a dish towel and a sponge with some basic detergent in the kitchen.

Excellent location on the marina. Great balcony with view over moored boats with seating area to watch the world go by. Friendly English speaking staff. Good WiFi connection. Kitchen area (although I had no need to use it) was relatively well equipped but just missing a couple of touches. Many eating options within a moments walk. Bathroom spacious. Clean. Ribat within ten minutes walk which is a must visit site in Monastir.

The addition of coffee making facilities (ie kettle or pod machine, with coffee grounds or pods) and a corkscrew in the kitchen would be good additions. Small, easy fixes and it would be a solid 10 from me.

The marina is actually a good spot to be in and this was located right in the middle of marina. Plenty of restaurants around that are actually better than the reviews say they are. It was easy enough to walk into the main part of town. 10-15 minutes. I didn't mind it. Room itself was fine, but perhaps a bit dated. Staff was friendly and check in was easy. They were able to hold my luggage for a few hours after I checked out.

The cleaning could be better. Unfortunately, I found a lot of small hairs in the bathtub and on the sink. Like someone had been shaving and it wasn't washed away properly. I also thought there was a gym included, but it's just a gym down the block located within the marina that's not associated with the hotel. Only thing I didn't really liked was the maintenance people cutting the grass literally in front of the room early in the morning.

Nice location in the harbour walking distance to the city / sightseeing. Practical with small kitchnet and fridge and big balcony. Was OK to arrive later and nice staff remembering old visit.

The towels were not all obvious in the rooms but maybe a misunderstanding for the booking. The hotel is already a few years old so it looks a bit more used but the comfort is good. There were some music from the restaurants around and people talking outside - no problem for us but maybe for sensitive people to check or use a different room.

Big apartment with good amenities, nice terrace, surprisingly good sound proofing, great view to marina, beaches and restaurants close by.

When paying the room by credit card the rate for euro is lousy, so don't be surprised when you end up paying more than agreed. Receptionists aren't too helpful explaining you this... Also be aware of the infernal machine aka fake pirate ship, that plays 90's disco music in marina with 280 decibels, right next to your room.

Brilliant apartments with an incredible location - literally on the beach on one side, a balcony over the marina on the other and numerous very good quality restaurants within a one minute walk. The Ribat, Mausoleum and Medina are all within a ten minute walk. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms kept clean. The area itself was buzzing - we were there when there was a national celebration and it was heaving with people, yet the apartment was a wee haven where we could sit on the balcony and people watch. I chose the apartments for their location (we didn't have a car so my priority was making life with a family of 4 as easy as possible). 5 star hotel these apartments are not; but if you want value for money and location they are perfect.

I liked the place around the hotel. It's located amid a lot of restaurants and cafés and near the city center. The beach is a few meters away and if you like excursions then you're going to relish a fun trip by recreational ships which are moored in the harbour of the marina. A bunch of thanks is extended as well to the hotel staff that spare no effort to assist you and care a lot about you having a happy stay with them. For those that like to deliver food and try out different local dishes , Le Roi Du Couscous and Darna restaurants are among the best.

Nice location right on the marina and next to the dive center. Convenient and a great bargain. I enjoyed using the kitchen to prepare produce from the local market.

Bathroom wasn't cleaned properly before my arrival. I mentioned it to the staff, but had to mention again before it was better cleaned. Overall, better cleaning of floors and fixtures would be a plus. The rooms are extremely basic, and not even soap or kitchen scrubbers were provided.
