The staff is very kind and helpful, always smiling and they always made sure I was spending a good time. The location is very good as it is very close to the beach and not too far from the Ribat and the train station (15 minutes walking). There are lots of businesses around. The view from my room on the beach was special. The room had all the essentials that I needed during my stay, and it was fine for the price that I had paid. The breakfast was also good as it had various elements to get all the nutriments needed in the morning (eggs, yogurts, bread with butter and jam, coffee, tea...) and the server asked if I wanted anything else, but that was enough for me. Relatively to the price that I've paid, my experience in this hotel is a 10. If you're looking for a luxurious service with modern rooms and elaborated breakfasts, I'm sure there are some 5 stars hotels somewhere in the city.

The staff was excellent - kind, responsive, very friendly, and helpful! Everyone I interacted with there was wonderful. The view of the sea from my room was so beautiful. There are very good places to both eat and swim nearby within walking distance. It was a great value for the money! They even let me leave my suitcase in the office after I checked out the final day so that I could go do some sightseeing with friends.

The hotel is older and some things in the room were in minor disrepair, but this is to be expected I think. That staff take good care of the space regardless. The central air conditioning was not very strong, but I was also there on extremely hot days where the temperature was incredibly high.

The location is very good. My room had an excellent view of the sea. The continental breakfast is good.

The appearance is a little old with some broken tiles. The bathrooms also need renovation. Cleaning could be better.

This hotel earns better reviews : its cheap but I got a fantastic sea view from my room. How many 5-star hotels will offer you that view ? Room was spacious, great balcony, continental breakfast was very good (please don't expect fancy buffets for that low price) and the hotel is well guarded. Equipment is modern, internet worked pretty well, one of the best wifis I had over 6 weeks in a country where most hotel wifis are rather weak. Staff is friendly and competent. Don't miss the fancy cafe/bar/restaurant La Grotte in the fishing harbour opposite the hotel for its good mediterranean food and drinks.

Its a bit 15 min walk to the big fort and 20 min to the Marina, but the walk along the sea is nice.

Room with sea view 405, spacious, beautiful, clean, without dubious odors, with a balcony where you can relax and have a coffee. Quiet, very friendly and helpful staff

If there had been a fridge in the room, considering that there are still 3* it would have been better.

Reasonably located, sights within walking distance. Lovely view from the room. No issue with an early check in. Breakfast begins at 7:00 which suits early departees. Beer is available, which was very welcome in the heat.

The room I was provided had a super view of the sea and the marina. The restaurant food and service was great. There is also a bar attached.

The carpets outside the room were a bit musty, the room was not cleaned properly when I first entered, the second day it was tidier.

The staff is super kind. Good breakfast included. Wifi works well. The price of the stay was really cheap. The provided me a new hairdryer because I needed. Good view from the room. Is possible to pay by credit cards.

The forniture in the room is very old. A little bit far from the center and bus station.

Excellent location, the Ribat, the beach , and Bourgiba mausoleum are all within walking distance. Rooms are very clean and the staff are very helpful.

Breakfast leaves much to be desired. Baguette and boiled egg, with store bought pastry day in day out is unappetizing and repetitive.

The staff was kind enough to check in my nephew even though he arrived after 9 p.m., traveling from Djerba.

No wifi in the room. I had it when I stayed here in October, but I had to ask the receptionist to reset it.
