This hotel offers great value for money. People who complain about the services or looks of the room should put it in perspective; where in the world could you stay directly at the beach in a private and big hotel room with an excellent breakfast for a price offered by this hotel? It is absolutely recommendable. The staff at the reception and the breakfast buffet super friendly!

For this price and the things offered by this hotel it is not reasonable to have any complaints

Great location, friendly staff, decent view on the beach

First night, there was a light buzzing sound outside, that’s slightly breaking the silence. Second night that sound stopped!

On my second visit to the hotel. As before the staff are very pleasant and helpful. The location is good a short walk from the town and next to the beach. The breakfast is good with plenty to choose from. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel needs a little attention however I did see work being carried out to improve areas. New mattress and pillows delivered to my room without being requested so improvements being carried out

The location of the hotel is very good in a quiet area right next to the beach about a 15 minute walk into the town center. All the staff from the reception to restaurant to security and cleaners all very nice people and helpful. Great choice at breakfast . They arranged a taxi to collect me from the airport which was an excellent service overall a very good experience

Needs little re decoration in some areas . Strong cigarette smoke from the bar .

The Byzance is in a great location near the town center and on the beach. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Breakfast has a good choice lunch and dinner are also available. The room with a sea view was very spacious ,comfortable and clean and it’s great value for money

The Wi-Fi could be stronger in all areas

Very helpful staff could not help me another good value for money and great food

Especially the wonderful meals prepared and presented by the chef! The pool looked beautiful but it was not the season for swimming. For sports enthusiasts, there is a very good tennis club nearby (hosting an international tournament during our stay), an astro turf football field and an all weather running track (both in use) within 5minutes walk. With the beach two minutes away and even the Medina within walking distance, its location is excellent.

The only problem if you have a room with a sea view, (which was about 100m from the hotel,) and which the hotel has no control over, are the number of dogs between the hotel and the sea barking at all hours.

This hotel is great value. The staff was kind and helpful, the room is very simple but spacious and clean with a balcony. The pool was great, just a short walk from the beach and 20 min walk from the Centre and the Medina. Really recommend it!

At night my room would smell really strongly of cigarettes (probably because people are allowed to smoke inside in the bar that is on the ground floor). The wifi wasn't great.
