Staff were trying to make money from guests all the time, even tried to charge for the internet.

This property is located within 25-minute ride from the airport and I used it to stay for half a day for the layover. It's good value for money for a short stay. The hotel overlooks the sea with a long nice promenade and beach.

The season hasn't started yet when I was there so they were doing some renovation which didn't bother me.

we were too late (almost 00:00) and host was still waiting for us. it’s very hospitable and important. nice rooms for staying, relax and sleep when you need to be in a close distance to airport. and it’s much better to wake up at the morning and see the sea view, instead of living in airport. very good breakfast charged us with energy for the full day. and around this place live very nice kitty named Sesille :)

Sea view. Friendly managers. Cheap airport transfer, not included to the hotel price, but as long as the location is close to the airport - Uber was cheap.

Small room. Not very new facilities. There was a thunderstorm and the balcony door was not closed good, so the water spill into the room and the wind you can hear thru balcony door very well.

Stayed here for one night. Close to the airport and right next to the sea with a really comfy bed. The food was good and served onsite in restaurant downstairs. The staff was very friendly and even offered to make us some special breakfast since we departed before normal breakfast time. Overall a good place to stay for a night during our layover.

The room we had was a bit small for two people with two suitcases. There were some rather loud guests late at night but I don’t suspect this is normal. Not much to do around the property but there is a nice view of the sea from the room balcony.

The restaurant at the hotel didn't have many options for food, nothing vegetarian and only the Turkish breakfast plate. Breakfast wasn't included in the price and the price for the room was quite expensive already. The shower didn't have a curtain or stopper on the floor so the whole bathroom would flood every time we had a shower

Good location for first line and Airport area. The road to hotel is 15min and the cost is 15 EUR. A very beautiful sunset. I didn't swim due to lack of time, but current is strong, as I understand it. The dinner was delicious and plentiful.

A very amazing seaside hotel run by (at least) four brothers and (apparently) other family members. Some stayed on site during their work week, which made for a stronger community and a higher level of hospitality and accommodation. The beach is a 2-minute walk away. The pack of neighborhood dogs keeps the area very safe. The government has lifeguards posted. The food service covered Turkish diets as well as European and UK. I brought my own Gluten Free bread, but they also had theirs. The strawberry jam on my breakfast eggs and bread was wonderful. There is an endless supply of Çay (Turkish tea). Taxis to the hotel from IST were tricky. The Kumsal Otel paid the drivers when the Taxi's credit card readers would not work ( which was everytime). Fare should be ~90 Turkish Lira (TL). Yellow (Orange) Taxis were recommended. I did have to take one Blue taxi.

There were WiFi coverage problems, but as soon as I and others told them, work-arounds happened immediately.

The hotel is very nice, has some pine trees at the entrance which I loved, right in front of the beautiful beach with clear water and 20 min driving from Istanbul airport, I had a room with a sea view that was amazing, staff very helpful, I recommend it 100% if you need a quiet place to stay between your flights on the beach in Istanbul
