The Sarp hotel is kept very clean with bedding and towels changed daily. There is a free shuttle bus to the beach and a ticket for free sun beds and umbrella. Complimentary soft drinks, tea and coffee 24/7 is a nice touch. Staff very helpful and friendly especially Engin and Tobi. The hotel is very well situated for Land of Legends and Kadriye’s main shopping area is just around the corner. Overall an excellent value budget hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

It would have been useful to be able to pay for any extras on one final bill on checkout instead of having to pay as you go, the card machine was not always available.

The staff is the strongest asset of the place: extremely helpful, friendly, cheerfull and always going beyond "regular" duties and tasks. From Nurallah and Gohce behind the reception counter, to Engin, Savat, Tobi and Musa (sorry for missing someone!), the chef (greetings!) and room service. Swimming pools for all members of families (from 0 to 100 y.o.) are on site, and the beach is three minutes away by the hotel transport. Excursions? Just say a word and local travel agent will see you in five minutes to present really interesting options (we tried three, all very good). Food? Delicious, only too much (+2 kgs in a week!), coffee, tea and soft drinks - unlimited. Stressed? Susanne (the cat) will take care of it and let you feed and cuddle her. Long story short: the quality/price ratio is just stunning. Will be back one day!

It was simply... too short!

Great location. 7 minutes to land of legends also loads of shops and restaraunt sand cafes right near to the hotel. Perfect for evening walks lovely atmosphere. Checkout is at 12 we asked if we could check out late so we could fit an excursion in the hotel manager kindly allowed us to stay for late checkout till 6 that helped us out so much. We thank them for that.

I think the front end of the hotel needs updating definitely as our taxi pulled up we thought we were in the wrong place and this was at 2am would be nice to see an updated sign with lights. The front desk had no lights on either.

Staff was excellent as they were helpful. The room was clean, specious and updated.

We stayed there because of the amusement park, which is across the street from the hotel, but unfortunately, the amusement park is overrated and we didn't enjoy it; therefore, i must say the location is not ideal, as there's little to do there. But keep in mind, it's our opinion in regards to the location, as we didn't care much for the park, but if we would have been satisfied with the amusement park and the mall, our opinion on the location would have been different.

The hotel is in a good location to land of legends and has a lot of takeaways and restaurants in walking distance. There are also mini markets hair dressers , phone shops & currency exchange within walking distance . The land of legends takes just 10 minutes walking. Lara beach, old city & other attractions take between 30 to 45 minutes. It was very quite when we visited as it was their winter but it starts getting busy from May onwards. The hotel is very clean and all staff are helpful. Noor Ullah was very helpful in giving us local knowledge and tourist areas. Mr kadir and the lady on reception were also helpful. If you are shopping or getting a taxi be careful as they tend to rip you off if they see that you are a tourist.

The country is beautiful but it is spoilt by rip off people in shops and taxis. Everyone will try to overcharge you. The breakfast at the hotel needs improving as there were no juices just plain water or tea & coffee which the children didn't want to drink. The taxi transfer I used on last minute was not good as they went to the wrong hotel to pick me up for the airport. I ended up having to get my own taxi at an added cost, tried ringing the transfer company for an hour but was constantly engaged.

The staff was so kind and always welling to help. We forgot our bag in the hotel and they brought it to us. Thank you so much. The location is great its exactly infront of land of lagend and and suurounded by shops and restuarants.

Very good price for a decent quality hotel near the Land Of Legends (5-7 minute walk). Relatively quiet, even though near a busy highway). Unlimited juice and tea/coffee of good quality. Very good pool and fun water slides. Very close to the busy and bustling center, lots of authentic cuisine and shops.

The staff can sometimes talk/laugh loudly at night, which can be a distraction.

Pros: -Very friendly and accommodating staff -Slides are fantastic, the kids were SO HAPPY that they convinced us to extend our stay another 4 days -Right next to a supermarket -Around the corner from the Bazaar for shopping and resraurants -5 minute walk from the bus station -7minute walk to Land of Legends -Strong water pressure and fantastic temp control -Excellent AC unit -Cheap laundry cleaning (fill a bag for 100TL returns same day) Cons: -Breakfast was OK but limited. Coffee and drinks not good (drinks are basically sugar and water) Recommendations to hotel: -Diversify food menu (would definitely change the pancakes - Make a special rates deal with a taxi service for your customers

The best thing about the hotel is the location, it's 5 minutes walk to land of legends. The breakfast was good for the price but what i like the most is the drinks like tea, juice, water were available all the time for the residents. House keeping is daily with free bottles of water every day.

The only thing i didn't like about the bed, because it wasn't comfortable.

Nice small hotel, walking distance to The Land of Legends. While traveling we stayed for 1 night. Hotel facilities and room are comfortable and beautiful. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is good. There is an outdoor pool. There are shops and restaurants nearby the hotel. Good value for money. Definitely recommended.
