Where to even begin with this magnificent hotel. I should start by saying that they met and exceeded most of I and my wife's expectations and where I wouldn't rate something as "magnificent" I'd rate it exceptional or great. Pictures online show the beauty of this place and that was why I chose this location for my (now) wife and I to get married, but when you are there it's even more breathtaking. To begin, the staff is just amazing, caring and made my wife feel like the princess that she is. Reception was incredible and exceeded every expectation I had for them. They were courteous and respectful and extremely professional. I apologize if I misspell their names but two members of the front desk staff really stood out - Damla and the manager Gokhan. Even before I mentioned that we would be marrying in a private ceremony and hiring a photographer these two amazing people made us feel so special. After I mentioned this, they went above and beyond anything I'd have expected. They upgraded our room to a romantic corner suite with a hot tub and decorated it with balloons, tea lights and flower petals. They even printed out a cute little paper congratulating us on our marriage. These two individuals gave us lifelong memories we will cherish forever. The breakfast service was just amazing. My goodness, what a special way to start each day, sitting and watching the town come to life below us, the sun rising and playing upon the waters of the sea. The buffet was delicious, world class and made us feel like royalty. A special thank you to Ali on the breakfast staff who knew each day what we wanted even before we asked, he was extremely professional, prompt and kind and we just loved him! The first room, even before the upgrade was absolutely beautiful, the second was beyond anything I'd have expected. Clean, fresh, zero noise from outside or neighboring rooms. The bed was cozy and provided us great rest.

Other than the fact that the pool wasn't warm enough to truly enjoy because of the time of year that we stayed (not their fault!) I can't think of a single thing that we didn't like. This is a world class hotel in every way and we were thrilled to be there.

It wasn't easy to choose a hotel in Bodrum because there are so many, but I'm very happy with my choice because it was really incredible. As soon as we arrived, we were upgraded to a room with a magnificent sea view. The manager, Gokhan, was very helpful and always there to advise us, not forgetting Madame Damla who found us places in the trendiest restaurants in the middle of August. I highly recommend this hotel, which is even more beautiful in person

i liked the big room, the cleanliness, the breakfast and food, the pool and facilities. Everything was perfect. Best i liked the houskeeping team! they did a perfect job and were extremely friendly, as well as almost all of the staff.

If you like to go to bed early, you have to know that weddings take place until late at night with very loud music. Bring earplugs for this reason! Also, i saw a cat jump up to the breafast buffet and eating a piece of meat early in the morning, when no staff was there. I like animals, but that was too much for me.

Good location over the hiĺl with perfect view of the port and 10 minutes taxi drive to marina. Its a resort built and decorated as an old fortress with large key and key locks on the walls. The breakfast simple but good. Service was good. The restaurant food was ok. Pool is small and they have DJ daily at 5 pm. I recommend the corner suite with seaview. Bodrum is so hot your day will start after 5 pm otherwise its unbearable..

The extremely kindness and professionalism of the staff. in addition, breakfast was amazing with a wonderful view on bodrum bay. the room was really comfortable and clean, special mention to the king size bed. Our favorite member of the reception staff was Gūnsu, with all her perfect suggestions!

it could be nice to have more flexible timetable of private beach shuttle runs.

Everything: the Style of the hotel, the attention of the staff (pool, breakfast, dinner...). It was amaizing!

In comparison with the rest of staff, most of the staff of reception was not so kind.

very friendly vibes rooms are big and very clean. staff are very helpful and nice (always smiling) definitely worth the money what I loved the most the breakfast (very rich breakfast ) with the most amazing view

Boutique style hotel like an art gallery perched at the edge of a cliff above Bodrum with stunning gardens and spectacular views.

Nothing, it honestly cannot be faulted.

The location & the view are splendid. Even one of the saunas has an amazing view! The greeneries around the hotel are very well mantained and make the location even more attractive. Rooms are nice. And it’s cute how they take care of surrounding cats. :)

The staff is very nice and really tries hard to be helpful but the management is obviously not paying enough attention to their skills and details as one would expect in a 5-star hotel, it’s more of a 3-star service: the level of English at the reception so one can convey the message, coffee cups in the rooms could fit to otherwise cool coffee machine, wine glasses and a bottle opener should be “a must”, breakfast could be a bit more diverse, not almost identical every day.

From the beginning to the end of our stay, we were embraced with a warm welcome and top-class service. The facilities in the hotel were great, including the pool, the thermal suite, gym, the seaside room view, complimentary drinks on arrival and music at night. It was really quiet as it was ''off-season'' so we felt we were even more relaxed and well looked after. We travelled in November and still used the pool most days. The breakfast and lunch were excellent. Although there was a steep walk back up the hill to the hotel, we walked to the main area every day and evening. Excellent hotel, would return in the future. Great location for Winter Sunshine.
