hotel is in small street car cannot go infront but its not a big issueit seems more like a stone hotel than cave house keeping is not daily for tours etc check the market first too many options. avalable in market

Breakfast guy was very very polite, smiley and friendly. Stone room was okay Terrace with view for late night tea with your friends was a bonus Overall experience was satisfying

The air-conditioning system in the room was not the best. It takes time to warm up the place. There was times that we felt cold. Jacuzzi was very loud but functional There was no enough soap for your shower and also for the jacuzzi and we have to bought from the market. I am writing this because when you pay more for the room with the jacuzzi it supposed to be included.

I liked the breakfast and the view from the terrace. T I emailed them and they booked an airport transfer for me, so I didn't have to do it myself. We also communicated via WhatsApp. We got a bigger room with two separate beds and there was enough space and the room was comfy, clean, quiet and unique. Got a chance to see one of their smaller rooms and it wasn't that good.

Mold in the bathroom - health hazard by American standards. But we closed the door to the bathroom. The tour from the hotel (being offered) is 50 euro. The same tour from a tour agency on the street 40 euro. Goreme is such a beautiful and unique town. But it needs cleaning. I wish all small owners got together and cleaned up abandoned properties.

The hotel is really good value for money and we really enjoyed our few days there. The room and hotel looks like the pictures and it is a good place from which to explore the area. Big plus points: 1. Amazing view of the hot air balloons at sunrise from the terrace. There is also a separate terrace at a lower level which was nice for relaxing after a day of exploring. 2. Very centrally located in Goreme - walking distance to the centre. 3. Friendly and helpful staff with easy communication and helped us with airport transfers. 4. Clean and comfortable room. The room smells a bit damp, but this can be expected from a cave room. 5. Decent breakfast - sufficient variety

This is separate from the hotel, but I want to add this as we had booked this through the hotel. We found the organised tours (red + green tour + ATV) quite disappointing - it was a bit oversold by the hotel and didnt meet the expectation for the price. A lot of wasted time at jewellery & sweet shops and felt a bit like a tourist trap. I don't know how much different it would be with another tour operator, but this was our experience.

perfectly located, impeccably clean, friendly and dedicated service. The team behind this lovely cave hotel did everything they could to make our stay as great as possible and we really appreciate their efforts since it made our time in Goreme as fantastic as it could have possibly been. they also booked our ballon rides and tours, making sure we had an array of options to choose from. I’ll be coming back.

nice location , cozy place and staff helpful

1. problem with safe box and the staff tried to fix it and didn’t success but still didn’t find us a solution and we had to carry with us our passports and money , and they said we will fix it after you go 😑 2. we spent two nights there and they didn’t clean our room

It was a great location, walkable to everything! We didn’t need to get any transport to get to the main part of the city. Breakfast every morning a lovely, huge, spread. Had a little bit of everything. We were very thankful for the AC in the rooms. The staff was also extremely helpful and friendly. They always communicated (in English and via WhatsApp if necessary) and booked things for us (at a cheaper rate). Khan was super helpful in booking airport transfer, hot air balloon ride (at a cheaper rate than online) and even booked us front row seats to Turkish Nights last minute. Melissa was also the best welcoming dog!

The cave room was clean and with good circulation, you are able to regulate your room temperature. The view from the terrace in my opinion is among the best in Goreme,they provide music you can chill and enjoy the views. Lets talk about the breakfast, 💯to the kitchen ladies,professional the meal is enough. Erol and Khan are the best hosts,they give you information and let you decide what you want to do in terms of activities which made our stay very enjoyable. The palace is also well located close to Atms, eateries, bus stop in case you want to move around by bus, taxis easily access the goreme palace and the hosts were willing to organise transportation for us. We had a really good time.I would go back , highly recommend.

The hotel staff Khan is super helpful and friendly. He reached out before I flew to Goreme. During my stay, he has been very attentive and he helped me arrange the airport shuttle for my departure. There was one time I was coughing badly on the hotel rooftop because of sensitive throat. Khan heard me coughing and he brought me hot apple tea! I’m really impressed! The hotel is very close to the Main Street and the room is spacious. Bonus point is, their hotel dog Melissa is adorable and sweet! I can’t wait to be back again!

We had an abrupt escapade and saw Goreme Palace with good reviews, the photos were amazing, soon as we booked, they gave us comprehensive instructions and information. As soon as you get to.the place, the facade is very creative (don't forget to take that Instagram photo). The staffs are exceptional, we never felt we were outsiders, they are responsive on your questions too. The breakfast is amazing. The location is very near, walking distance from the city center. The rooftop is good for photos, especially early morning during the balloon rally.

Bring slippers and clothes iron as it is not provided. Nonetheless, everything is excellent.
