New hotel, the rooms are spacious, very clean and new. Amazing view from the terrace. Friendly staff and Mex (the dog). We stayed in Göreme 5 days, 3 days at Luvi and then for 2 days we made a mistake and stayed in another hotel that is very famous on socials media. Well, don’t trust the socials, trust me: Luvi is much much better!!!

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Pros: -Clean and very comfortable rooms -Most friendly staff ever who are very knowledgeable of the region -Tasty breakfast -Rooftop fire pit -Within 2 to 4 minutes walking distance to the city center -Fast Wifi (enough for video conferences) -Very easy to contact the hotel via WhatsApp -Easy shuttle and private transfer pickup -Max 🐶 Cons: -None. I'm regretting that I didn't stay longer, and I stayed for 5 days.... The Staff: Luvi Cave is by far one of the best accommodations I have ever stayed at with the benefit of being in a great location. I had come in early, and Mr. G (Gurkan) was truly the most jolly person ever. Him and Max really helped start the day off right. Check in was easy, and Mr. G setup 3 tours (ATV, balloon flight, and Green Tour) and a taxi ride within 15 minutes. I have never seen someone so well connected to the local area, but it makes sense because he is from the area. Balloons and the Green Tour were exceptional. Deniz was another person I had a lot of contact with. She is amazing and so caring! I had an accident on the trip and needed to go to the hospital. She was with me every step of the way and translated the very many questions I had. She even stayed at the hospital with me for hours and contacted my next accommodations to make sure I would get the care that I needed. She went above and beyond, and I truly can't thank her enough. The rest of the staff were very welcoming, including the people who were doing renovations. Everyone made my stay comfortable and set the standard for exceptional service. The Room I stayed in the king deluxe room with balloon view. I thought I would feel claustrophobic, but this was the exact opposite. The room was warm and inviting, and the stone/cave walls really kept a moderate temperature inside all day. The bed was large and comfortable. It made it difficult to wake up everyday.

This property is beautiful, perfectly located and has amazing views of the town and balloons when they are flying. The terrace is so peaceful and beautifully decorated. The staff here are some of the best I’ve ever met when staying away. Nothing is to much trouble. They were happy to help with anything. They helped with trip advice and bookings, restaurants to visit, walks to take, airport transfers and taxi bookings. They even rebooked our hotel air balloon ride before we got there when they saw that the weather would mean it was going to be cancelled. They go above and beyond and really made the whole trip relaxing, stress free and magical. Book here without any hesitation.

Luvi was one of the best holiday experiences I've had. The location is fantastic, with an amazing view of the balloons at sunrise, which are also flying surprisingly close to the hotel, The rooms are super comfortable, pretty and very clean. But what really makes this place EXCEPTIONAL is the incredible STAFF. Everyone was so welcoming, friendly and helpful you really feel like a friend rather than just a guest. It was my 30th birthday when I was staying there and the Staff made it so special by surprising me with a cake and candles at breakfast. Special thanks to Görkan who went absolutely out of his way to make our stay magical- from ensuring we get to fly on the balloon, to all the pro tips, to booking us at the last minute to the best restaurants and to just bring such a lovely, friendly and fun person to be around. Max, the dog, is also the best executive manager you can imagine and brings an extra cuteness to the hotel. We miss Luvi already!

Deniz and the other staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. It felt very personable. And their dog was also very lovely. The rooms were very clean and built into the caves. The breakfast buffet was nice with a good selection of mostly turkish dishes, as well as lovely omlettes made on request. The hotel roof terrance has some lovely seating both inside and outside and is an excellent spot to view the balloons from. The location was excellent, just a short walk into the town centre and not very far drive to the balloon start point.

With it being a room built into a cave the storage opertunities are limited. It would be helpful maybe to add some hooks, or some additional hangers in the wardrobe as these wouldn't take up additional space in the room.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Luvi Cave. The team was extremely helpful, helping us book all our activities before and during our stay. They were responsive to all our questions and so helpful with advice. They also helped us book activities for better prices than advertised at shop fronts. We also got a special birthday surprise during our stay which we didn't actually mention. The location was perfect. Just up a slope about a 2 min walk from the main street and a short walk from the public bus drop up point (from kayseri). The amenities were top-notch and so were the views. We had the balloons come right up to our balcony in the morning. Buldans (best cafe in gerome) was also right around the corner.

Excellent location with everything I need. Staff are all very helpful and nice which made our stay became more wonderful. One of their staff called Max, the lovely doggy, he is very friendly and always welcoming guests with his 120% efforts and kindness towards us. We’ve reserved 2 suites and the one on the rooftop with the balloons view was excellent and we were just staying in our room and enjoying the view but of course we did walkout to the rooftop to feel the amazing view.

They are all too nice and made us feel sad when we were leaving.

The room was big with king bed, location was center to town. The staff was super attentive and flexible with great suggestions and arranged all our transportation and places of our interest. Mr G 😀Gumrag and Deniz where very pleasing! They even arranged for an early breakfast for us since we had to leave earlier than the hotel opening for breakfast! The breakfast is great and they have a great view on the rooftop.

The light in the bathroom was difficult to see for women’s make up. The rooftop bar can use a bartender with cocktails preparing experience

I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Cappadocia. It was one of our best trips, largely due to the exceptional experience provided by the staff and Max (the dog). They were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist us. They even helped arrange a proposal on their beautiful terrace and treated us like family. The rooms, with their cave-themed design, were unique, beautiful, and comfortable—adding a touch of luxury to the stay. Plus, the hotel terrace offers a breathtaking view of the hot air balloons.
