They made us feel like family from the moment we arrived, and we left with cherished memories that will really last a lifetime. Wonderful dreamy property decorated with taste and luxury! Superb location, on the sides in peaceful area but a 5 minute walk from Main Street. Nice view of fairy chimneys, comfortable large cave rooms and toilets. Small cute property over steps with different areas to sit, chill and enjoy. Would surely stay here again. The manager Mr Emre took exceptional care of our hotel, hot ballon, Atv bookings and both airport shuttles. He personally took care of guests small requirements which is admirable!

Though it is such a beautiful pretty property, it has no bar area or restaurant for meals. Breakfast is served which was not a lavish spread but good enough to fill up.

We stayed here in mid January. Firstly, we're very happy to be contacted by the hotel via whatsapp prior to our arrival. Its made communications easier and we're so glad we're able to inform them of our delayed flight and our arrival time. So, they were ready waiting for us past dinnertime when we arrived. We got the ground floor room next to breakfast area. Although its not a fully 'cave' room we're still quite happy bcos it means we dont have to climb staircases. What we liked most was the room's heated floor that kept the room warm and cosy. It was truly a blessing as it was really cold outside. We love the location too bcos its by the main road and you can park your car right in front of the hotel. All the facilities in the room works wonderfully. The bathroom was clean and modern, shower has continuos hot water and the towels are new and clean. The mattresses and pillows are comfortable too, not too hard and not too soft. However the terrace was not laid with carpets and pillows (like the pics we saw) due to the snowy weather, but nevertheless the view from the terrace was breathtaking. Breakfast was plentiful and we had no complains at all. All the staff were really kind and friendly. They even helped us to clear the snow from our car's windshield. We're very glad that we stayed at Hera. We highly recommend this hotel to others too.

Beautiful caves hotel. Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast and terrace. Highly recommended. Worth for money. If you look caves hotel in goreme with nice terrace with balloon flying, this is one of the best hotel. We have no luck during our stay because the balloons was cancelled

Bit frustrated during our stay for 2 nights where the balloons not flying because of windy weather, so we couldnt get to shoot photos at the hera hotel terrace with balloon flying. There is construction around the hotel during our stay, and first day of our arrival there is no electricity for few hours.

100/10. This property was amazing. The rooms were stunning, perfect location and a perfect view on the terrace to watch the hot air balloons with an amazing photo opportunity set up. Staff very helpful and replied very quick to any messages, and also packed us a breakfast box to go considering we had an early flight. Highly highly recommend.

Nothing other then breakfast starts a little late considering we’re up so early to watch the balloons, would be nice to then wander down straight to breakfast. But that’s such a minor fault!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hera Caves in Cappadocia, and the experience was outstanding. The hotels location was ideal, nestled amidst the stunning rock formation and fairy chimneys that define the cappadocian landscape. Each morning, i woke up to the mesmerizing sight of hot air balloons floating gracefully above, creating a picturesque backdrop that added to the overall enchantment. The staff at the hotel were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience. Their genuine friendliness and eagerness to assist with any request added a personal touch that made me feel truly welcome. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

My stay at Hera Cave Hotel was absolutely delightful. The authenticity of this hotel being an actual cave is truly fascinating. Waking up in a genuine cave setting was a unique and memorable experience. The mornings were particularly enchanting; the panoramic view of the hot air balloons drifting across the sky was simply breathtaking. Some balloons even floated right above the hotel, offering a surreal and picturesque sight. The hotel's location in the heart of Goreme town is incredibly convenient. It allowed me to explore the charming surroundings with ease. The bustling energy of the town coupled with the tranquility of the hotel made for a perfect balance. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast served at Hera Cave Hotel. The variety and quality of the food were impressive. It provided a great start to my day of exploration.

This hotel was just stunning the location the views were amazing. The breakfast was delicious, the rooms cleaned daily and so spacious I had the suite which was lovely. The staff were friendly, especially the young girl serving us at breakfast Breath taking views from the terrace were just amazing loved this place

The only tiny constructive feedback is that we could have done with more lighting in the room we found it bit dark which made it bit difficult to find things also could have done with more mirrors as we were group of ladies staying and also maybe 2 bathrooms as it was so spacious I think you could add 2 bathrooms in suites but none the less I would stay here again and recommend this hotel to friends

Toilet floor drain sometimes smells bad. But I think this is a common problem in most of the cave stone hotel. I have been to other hotels in Cappadocia. The same problem exists as well.

The hotel and staff were amazing! We felt very welcomed from the moment we reached, the reception staff were extremely helpful with giving us tips and information, arranging tours and with any other requests we had. The location is in the heart of Goreme with several restaurants and a sunset view point very close by. The rooms are incredible! Extremely clean and all facilities were excellent. We really enjoyed our stay at Hera Cave and would definitely recommend it.
