The hotel located just 5-7 min from the bus station. It’s close to all the main spots for viewing balloons and other famous attractions. We traveled with 2 kids and it was comfortable for us. The stuff is super friendly, they also can help you with car rental and tours. Breakfast have a lot of variety of delicious food. The room is really feels like inside of the cave. Its clean and comfortable. Hotel have the terrace where you can see the balloons very close and take beautiful pictures.

WiFi was too slow in our room, so if you are planning to work, it’s going to be hard.

Guven Cave is a charming and cosy little hotel right in the centre of Gerome. We had a three bed en suite room on the first floor which was furnished well and warm. The terrace provided beautiful views of the famous hot air balloons Cappadocia is known for. Breakfast was good and staff are incredibly friendly. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and even let us swap rooms on the first night. Thank you Tuğrul!

The hotel has shared bathrooms so if you don’t want that, you can opt for a bigger room with a private toilet. Apart from that, the stay was excellent.

The staff at the Guven Hotel provided exceptional hospitality, they were extremely accommodating to my travel plans. They also arranged an excellent paid tour around Cappadocia for a great price. I was very impressed with everything, from the delicious breakfast to the room cleanliness, I would also highly recommend the roof terrace to watch the sunset (see attached photo)! This would be my preferred hotel when I revisit and I can't recommend it enough.

Excellent stay. The staff was very helpful in organising everything. We were lucky enough to get the Hot Air Balloon arranged by the hotel as we couldn't do it online. The breakfast was good with a good variety walkainh diatance to cafes and restraunts. They also went the extra way to give us a free upgrade as we were a family of 6, so we were occupying the room on the terrace. .

The staff is helpful and discreet. The position of the hotel is close to everything. The room was beautiful and very characteristic. In the early morning, you can see the balloons departing from the terrace, where you can have breakfast after seeing them. The amazing breakfast (mainly savoury, but there are sweet options and fruit) is prepared by a lovely lady. Many thanks to the staff and owner!

The wifi connection was not great in our room, but there are plenty of different wifi options throughout the hotel so you should be able to get some kind of signal as long as you keep switching them around

I was sharing the cheapest room with both my sister's so we had 3 beds that occupied most of the space

spacious 'cave' room. loved how dark it was. breakfast was superb. about a 10 minute walk into the centre

a lot of noise comes in from the hallway. unfortunately, due to street construction, there was no wifi, which was a major hassle as I was trying to book flights, etc (i realise this is not their fault)

the drainage in the shower didn't work, we had to use the common shower. But the manager offered us another room!!!!

We loved our stay. Great breakfast, comfortable room, lovely staff. The owner was awesome - we loved his hospitality. You can book lots of tours through the hotel too. Location was perfect and the view of the balloons from the roof was fantastic.
