Nice location near the huge mall with shops, cafes and restaurants, 10 minutes by walk. If you interested in long staying, more than few days, and not interested to be close to tourists areas, it is very good place. The room is fine, clean and has enough space for relaxing and work. There are nice place inside hotel, such beautiful library and cosy cafe on the top of the building. Breakfast is good.

Hotel rooms equipped with medical alarm, which was malfunctioned in our room and alarmed twice(because of some technical problems) in the middle of the night. It was two sleepless nights before they fixed that, because every time it alarmed some paramedic made phone call to our room and ask permission to enter to fix it. Other thing, our transfer to the airport was late for 30 minutes. It is obliviously because of traffic, but be aware about it, if you want to get to airport at time. Windows were very dirty.

- Staff were very friendly and helpful with us especially AliReza. - Communication is very easy with the staff, they speak English. - The hotel is new & clean, also there is a 24/7 clinic inside the hotel. - Room service\ spa\ gym\ swimming pool\ restaurant\ garden were on spot.

Recommendation tip for the hotel؛ there was a small leak in the shower section.

location was good , the apartment's area was great . beds are very comfortable , free parking . kitchen appliances was perfect , room service was great .

Hot water in the shower was the worst , you can get hot water only for tow minutes and after that it turns to cold . there was also problem with electrical outlets , and the big problem is with the spa and swimming pool , the water was very cold and they force my children to go out of the pool after 30 min with no reason , I talked to the reception about that and there answer was it is independent company .

Great staff, very pleasant, and they were very helpful. The room and facilities were exactly as shown in the pictures, spacious and bright. restaurant, a spa, a pool, a fitness room (though it's more suited for recovery than strength training), a yoga room, and more. I didn't have a chance to try everything, but maybe next time. There's a good cafe near the lobby, and a huge shopping mall is just a 5-minute walk away

It's close to the highway; however, if you plan to primarily use the subway for transportation, be prepared to walk approximately 15-20 minutes to the nearest metro station, and there's an uphill walk when returning from the subway. While it's not in close proximity to the main tourist attractions, the neighborhood is peaceful, local, and charming.

Ulgen, Darulkhan and Ozi could not do enough to help when we had questions & not always about the hotel but where was the nearest shopping or food etc. Great hotel and facilities and lots of choice for breakfast and room service/restaurant. There is a 24/7 infirmary which is a must if you’re here for treatment and this was great service for injections etc The area is nice and clean but not a lot close by apart from the Emaar shopping mall which can be pricey to eat unless you head to the food court. Taxi to Kadikoy is 150tlr and 20mins drive where there’s lots to do and eat. You can also get the ferry to the European side for 30tlr one way where you can visit the bazaars etc. If you can afford it get a room with a terrace on the 9th floor as the views are amazing. Overall great choice and value for money.

Wasn’t a lot to do close by but if you’re here for R&R after treatment it’s perfect!

Antwell Suites has something for everyone. They offer Yoga classes, swimming pool to use at your leisure, cooking lessons, a library, a cinema, a garden with a doggy enclosure and a children’s play area, there are two terrace bars, one on the fifth floor and a much bigger one on the top floor (9th), this has a pool table and a PlayStation! The restaurant is spacious, but at no extra cost you can have room service, let’s not forget the cafe on the ground floor that seems to be open 24/7! The only additional costs I found was for spa treatments, which is to be expected. They have seriously thought of everything. The staff were superb, they are helpful above and beyond their duties, always greet you with a smile. Especially Ulcer, who helped me on many occasions. House keeping are superb and the laundry facilities are super fast, that’s if you do not have a washer/dryer in your room! Breakfast you are spelt for choice, I’d definitely recommend adding breakfasts to your booking. 24 hour infirmary that’s free to use in the hotel. Rooms on the top floor have their own terrace where you can have sea view or city…

I must admit, I thought the main meals were bland, the chicken was so chewy if you threw it, it would probably bounce. My only advice would be to get a new chef or train the one you have better.

Great breakfast selection. And large, comfortable, well equipped rooms. Quick, value for money room service too. The hotel is spotless, the cleaners do an amazing job. The private cinema room was a lovely treat. And it sounds strange the hotel smelled amazing throughout, as if some kind of beautiful scent is pumped through the air vents 😊

The location is about 30 mins in a taxi from central Istanbul. But as it’s mainly used by hospital patients from surrounding hospitals, that was ok. I also looked forward to a spa treatment but when booking was told only 2 of the 6 treatments listed on the treatment menu were available.

I stayed here for almost one month and I can say that it's a great place and maybe I will come here again. Because of long business trip, I wanted to find a place with a kitchen and a big room to make my stay as comfortable as at home. And I found it - really big room with a kitchen, separate bedroom, a table for work and free wi-fi. There were some nuances during the stay, but staff is really brilliant and they try to make a stay comfortable solving issues for you. I would like to say thanks to Ali and Muhammet for their work and kindness. Another thing that I really liked it's SPA area with free pool and sauna. And breakfast, it was very nice and various. The cook who makes omelets (unfortunately I don't know his name) is professional and makes very delicious omelets. The nearest metro station and metrobus is 1km from Hotel, for me it was comfortable. PS. the same review cause I have 2 bookings.

The only thing that I didn't like it's Wi-Fi. Sometimes it was so bad (ping to google replied in 2000-3000 ms during a long time), and sometimes it was hard to work with use of Teams or Zoom. So Wi-Fi - the area to improve.

Walking distance to Emmar square mall with it's variety of shops. Also close to local shops. The hotel is also very clean and well maintained. There's a pool for kids and a swing in the garden for the little ones.The view from the roof terrace is spectacular at night. The washer dryer is a bonus if you plan to stay for long. The staff were mostly helpful . Overall Antwell is a good place for a family stay.

There was no oven / microwave in our room as advertised during booking. We had one in our room when we stayed previously in May / June. The hotel offered a room swap mid stay but we declined as we didn't want to start shuffling our belongings around.
