All, it was amazing treatment, i was feeling as special guest of the Address hotel in Istanbul, had a best experience!! concierge service was at top level, club lounge zone was a special place & excellent quality of food & drinks. Finally, I would like to thank the Hotel GM Mr. Ahmed and defiantly the front Desk Assistant Manager Mr. Ali for their warmth and willingness to go over and beyond what was expected. Will definitely be returning to again!

This hotel is fantastic- very comfortable - very spacious - great location, with access to a huge mall with food and bars, and great breakfast selections - brilliant housekeeping - the front desk lady Ceyda was extremely welcoming and professional

I did not like the fact you had to pay a huge deposit on arrival for the mini bar and spa - two things I explained I would not use and didn’t use - the cost was around £600 which is insane. This needs to be looked into as I’ve never experienced this before, especially after paying so much for the hotel stay. I would have given them 10/10 if this was waived. Everything in the room is controlled by an iPad which makes the lighting extremely hard and annoying to control. By adding innovation they’ve added complexity which meant that lights didn’t turn off at night which was annoying. The foyer light stayed on and illuminated the room. I did raise this to the front desk.

Address Istanbul is the finest hotel I have stayed at in Istanbul. It is relatively new so everything is clean and working well. It is all modern with the lights and temperature controlled by an Ipad that almost worked perfectly. The service was exceptional, Emre and Yesim at the front desk were like my best friends. The shower had great water pressure. The carpets were clean enough to walk barefoot on (although nice slippers were provided). Elevator access to the great Emaar Mall. I will be back.

The room was kind of small. Adequate, but small. I paid extra for an upgrade, maybe my original room was even smaller? The technology almost works perfectly -- sometimes the foyer light would come for for no apparent reason.

Everything is excellent in the hotel except its location the breakfast was great

Lobby service I sat for 40 minutes and the waiter didn't come to me to ask me if I wanted to ask for anything I was upset by this behavior and they were seeing me and none of them came to me unfortunately

breakfast is good many options, but I wish if they make different dishes, I stayed for a week same breakfast. location not bad near a mall that has everything you need..

it mentions. that the hotel has airport shuttle, but I found out that we have to pay 250Euro from Airport to hotel. very expensive. I needed a car with driver to drop me in location where i had business meeting there is nothing less than 150 Euro. very difficult to find Taxi epically on weekend or rainy days. No closest for your cloths, its open wardrobe.

Room was great and very clean. Facilities were amazing. Staff were all great as well, very professional and kind.

Breakfast was very disappointing. Very poor choice for dairy and gluten intolerant people but tons of dishes with sugar. Five star hotels we got used to usually have either a set of fresh and hot a la carte dishes complimentary available to order in addition to the buffet but here it was not the case, there was just an omelette station and poor quality stand with waffles and pancakes. So if you don't eat eggs and can't have any sugar, you'll likely leave hungry and disappointed. Other than that, location is a little far from the main sights just as an FYI.

I’ve been looking for a calm, clean hotel with beautiful interiors and spa to stay one night for my layover in Istanbul. And it was the perfect match. Room was beautiful and specious. Bed is super comfortable, there is a Smart house system, so you can operate the room with out standing up, using just the tablet near the bed. The service is top notch. In room you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay and even a little more. When I arrived I have found some tasty sweets in my room and before go to sleep I received some complimentary fruits, which was very nice. There is a cool pool on the top floor with a nice view. Changing rooms in spa is also equipped with everything one may need including Dyson and all the amenities. It has nothing to do with the hotel, but the way from the airport was way too long. It took me almost two hours to get there. Just be aware of that, when you on a your trip. As I didn’t want to go anywhere and visit touristic places, location of the hotel didn’t matter to me, but be aware of traffic in the city in case you need to go around a lot. There is also a shopping mall just across the street, to get there, there is even no need to leave the building. There is the special pass in the hotel.

iPad controller, very clean, bathtub + shower box, good room privacy, quiet environment, and amazing concierge service for taxis with very good price. I would totally do it again if the hotel was a bit cheaper.

Pillows were smelling bad as if they were washed but not dried properly. I had "do not disturb" but still one staff member knocked the door to check if I used the minibar. I got a room on the fifth floor only. Cold pool water. Very expensive...

Excellent service Excellent accommodation Excellent staff Excellent location They called me the day before arriving and ask me if I need anything or if we are celebrating any occasion, and I tell them that we are celebrating our anniversary. Then they offer a heart cake and some flower paper on the bed. Additionally, as per my request, the wake up call was done perfectly and offer us Turkish coffee ☕️ as complimentary Thank alot to Address Istanbul and we are looking forward to come again 😀 🙏
