The location is fabulous, 5 mins walking distance from Taksim square where you can go down to Istiklal street or take a metro (Green line) or Funikuler. Also 5 mins walking to/from Havaist bus 16 (IST airport connection). The rooms are big enough, clean and tidy with daily cleaning and changing the towels. Personnel is very friendly and always happy to assist you.

Only only thing a bit disappointing was the breakfast: not so many variety of dishes and some of them were not so well cooked.

Breakfast and location are good.

There is no refilling of water bottles and coffee bar service in the room. It needs more caring about this issue.

Very good experience at Arts hotel however it could be better if they look after the following issues: Housekeeping: very bad housekeeping, bad cleaning for the room, don’t change the bed cover unless you call them, they take the old towels without putting new ones (4/10). Breakfast: limited options (6/10) Iron/ironboard: not available at the room, you have to ask for it everyday. Kingbed: is actually two beds attached together. Swimming pool: was freezing in July. Value of money: expensive (5/10)

The hotel is recently renovated , rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location near to all shops and facilities in taksim also 5 minutes walk to istiklal street.

House keeping make a lot of noise in the corridors. The isolation between rooms is very bad . We can hear all sound from other room next to us. The breakfast is very weak and needs to be updated and new items should be added. To use sauna we should pay 15 euros which I see not logical.

The wifi signal was very weak in my room and sometimes it disconnects ,the wifi need to be checked and covered for all rooms. And also, the breakfast did not have many options and sometimes was a bit cold.

We wanted a quiet clean spacious room to ensure good nights' sleep after long days enjoying Istanbul This hotel delivered- we were in fact upgraded to a Junior Suite The bed was large, firm and comfortable, the blackout curtains were excellent and the double glazing very good= very good sleeps The shower was very good too, and the pool in the basement was good and well kept

We compromised on location- its a very tourist oriented area which was a bit irrelevant to our needs. But it was well connected, near to the Metro/Taksim Square.

Hotel location was great . Gökhan, one of the staff members in the reception was very kind and polite and he treated us really good and was helpful and welcoming. Rabia also the receptionist was kind and helpful. Rooms are clean and bathroom was nice. The housekeepers made sure the rooms were clean everyday. Breakfast was nice and tasty. Hotel is very secure and no guests allowed to come in or strangers. It was very secure and safe. Bill boys were very helpful and kind and helped with a lot of information and with baggage. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Internet and wifi was slow.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was super friendly and helpful especially Gokhan chef. The rooms were clean and comfy. The location was perfect, a 2 minutes walk from taksim square. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and wants to be close to Taksim square.

There's 2 Arts hotel 10minutes away from each other. Booking.com doesn't show the exact location of this hotel on the map. If you book do give the hotel a ring so you get the exact location.

Excellent staff, we received a very kind welcome and they were most helpful when anything was needed during our stay.. The balcony room provided was ideal for our trip, it was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom and shower were fine too, no worries with same. Location is favourable for strolling about, close to Taksim Square with Dolmabahce Palace, Galataport and Karakoy areas within good walking distances too. Sauna and pool inhouse were good to use. Breakfast options were plentiful. Will stay here again when next in Istanbul.
