Very Bad Wifi in the room

Fantastic location. This was the best hotel of the 4 we stayed at in Turkey. Room was very clean and spacious. It had the comfiest beds, best breakfast and excellent staff. They accommodated us with a late checkout so we could maximize our time in Istanbul. Yilmaz was very kind and helpful. This hotel exceeded our expectations and I would definitely stay here again.

Some of the sockets were not working but staff came and attended Room checkout is very strict and they don’t allow late checkout

the staff were very friendly, especially Mr. Orhan and Mr. Javuz.

I did not like the fact that they had guests with aesthetic interventions. It was not pleasant to eat and meet people with blood on their heads and faces. I will not go again because I can not see blood.

The hotel, service and food was excellent. The rooms and bathrooms were quiet and clean and well lit and comfortable. The location is amazing. The breakfast spread is quite good with made to order omelettes and fresh pancakes. Mehmet and Kubra were very helpful at every stage of the stay, and courteous, friendly and professional. Duygu and Orhan were also friendly and responsive at the front desk. We would definitely consider staying here again

the pool was not functioning during our entire stay, which was a big disappointment for the kids. Apparently it's not been functioning for a couple of weeks. It is not acceptable that such a major amenity be left unfixed for so long. Pool was a big factor in our decision to book this hotel.

The staff Yilmaz was very helpful and the rest of the staff were so kind too. The property was comfortable and accessible to all the amnesties. I would recommend this property and definitely come back next time

The downside is the toilet sink drainage smells. We are in the top floor with balcony and sea view it’s beautiful. Only thing no lift to access this room. U need to use the stairs. If you have issue climbing the stairs with heavy luggage, u might think about it

I just love this hotel and people that work here! The service is excellent and hospitality is exceptional! Abdullah upgraded our room to the best 2bedroom option that the hotel has with beautiful view of Istanbul and Bosporus bridge! Thank you very much! Yilmaz assisted with everything that we needed, our baggage handling, questions and just gave us a lot of nice attention! Timur is nice and helpful too! The hotel location is the best, in the center of Taksim square with lots of restaurants! The hotel is super clean and housekeeping cleaned our room every day! Breakfast is nice too! Thank you very much for free tea and cookies in our room😛 THANK YOU GUYS FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART! I was treated like a queen! I would definitely come back! I will miss you all!

Nothing! Everything is excellent

We had a great time at the hotel, staff were very kind and helpful from the beginning. The room was very spacious and clean and the lady cleaned it every day. Breakfast was amazing, a bit repetitive but there were plenty options to choose from. Location was perfect and safe, right next to the Taksim Metro station so everything is accessible.

I really have nothing to complain about. I would definitely recommend this hotel for your vacation in Istanbul.

The property location is ideal. Very short walking distance and you are in Taksim square. Highly recommended for facilities. They provide a small amenity as gesture which was appreciated. We didn’t ask for Housekeeping service, so we can’t judge. Room size was ok, we asked for extra bed and it was placed prior to our arrival. Hotel close by plenty of restaurants and we tried one of them just under the hotel for breakfast and it was ok. The breakfast in the hotel not bad, could be better organized and more options. Staff at breakfast could be more attentive, looks tired or exhausted. Yilmaz from the bellboys one of the best bellboys ever seen, very interactive with children and my daughters loved him, thank you Yilmaz for your dedication to your work and you are a great asset to your hotel, thank you and very well done to keep such a bond between yourself and your guests.

Room keys needs definitely an upgrade, our keys got deactivated multiple of times during the stay. Elevators are quite slow, which I understand you can’t do much, but could improve the brand to make it faster. The breakfast not bad, so basic and simple, however could be better organized. Staff at breakfast could be more attentive, also looks tired or exhausted, from the waiters to the Chefs doing the omelets.
