Good location and nice staff. The room was perfect clean with everyday room service. There were enough space to live and store my stuff. The are a lot of different transportation nearby the hotel: underground, bus stop, IST airport shuttle named Havabus, also it’s pretty easy to reach the t2 tram line.

No place for the soap in bathroom, balcony is pretty nominal: very small, If it does matter for you. Also take into account that hotel is located on a noisy street, not comfortable to open windows at night, but there is an air conditioning which helps to make a better temperature in the room.

This is my fourth stay at this hotel. The staff is very friendly, the location is great, just two minutes from Taxim square. On the other hand, the location of the hotel is fantastic if you decide to take the bus from the airport to Taxim. The bus stop is a three-minute walk from the hotel. The rooms are spacious with a view of the street, but you have the option of choosing a room with a view of the city that has a small balcony. Breakfast is standard, continental.

What can I say to sum it up, in short, the staff was the best at the hotel, they advised you what to do and how to go about it and were always very very helpful. Mr.Mehmet the best of all enjoyed our little talks and always suggested the best for us. The room was very clean and warm, with a nice bed and a great view of the city. We had also every day cleaning and although Taxim square is always crowded in the hotel we didn't hear anything. Water was super hot when you first open it, sink was so so narrow There were ants wandering on the floor Fridge was very very hot and and it only keeps things cool and not getting any colder

Excellent staff, Thanks to Muhammad and Mehmet for the great service, hospitality and assistance with everything. The staff helped us a alot and provided assistance and tips. They gave us the feeling that we are like a family for them and it was a great to see their smile everyday. Thanks friends, keep up like this.

Good location near Taxim Square. Very friendly staff willing to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Excellent breakfast with their partner. Big room with very good bed. Very confortable to sleep in.

Nothing to complain about.

Excellent staff, like a family with customers. They speak excellent English and Arabic. They helped me a lot with tips for travels and saved for me money with these tips. Location is great.

Cleaning is good but can be excellent, they are not replacing towels everyday, and cleaning is very basic by cleaning floor, adding water bottles and arrange beds....

Tap wasnt working on bathroom sink but because stay was so short I didn't report it but sure cleaner would notice.

Actually the costumer service was excellent ,very clean property,perfect location, Mr. Mehmet at costumer desk was a great help for me, if i ever go back to Istanbul i will use the same hotel. thank you Room Inn Taxim.

For the price you pay ,its a very decent hotel I can not complain. Breakfast could be better ,but then you have to pay extra. The location is an advantage, it is in the center of Taxim square.
