The breakfast was very delicious, but it would have be more good if there are changes of breakfast not the same all the time. But otherwise very tasty.

Location, location, location... also everyone was extremely nice from the front desk to the house keeper. I was in room 103 and it was updated just like on the pictures. I realy just needed to sleep somewhere since i would be out in town from 0800 until 0000. Just keep in your mind this is Old Town, so the streets are meant for horses not cars. Two cars cant pass each other. And that is causing traffic issues, so arrange your cab earlier on your day of departure. If you have issues with that just book your self a hotel somewhere in the new part of the town.

Great location for walking everywhere. The staff is amaizing! They give you a lot of tips to walk around and visit tourist locations as well as where to exchange money with a better rate or eat quality food that's not overpriced for tourists. It was my birthday during the stay and they remembered it and even brought me a little cake! So thoughtful!

The hotel had still a little construction ongoing so it was loud for a very short period of time. In our room there was a new AC unit installed but not connected the first days. It was connected during our stay.

Room was super clean and neat, everything was fresh & clean. Bathroom was good, shower is separated by a glass door so bathroom is not wet all day. AC works well. Internet speed was good. It's located very good, nearby Çemberlitaş Station. Most of the touristic places are in the walking distance. Staff also were very kind, helpful and attentive. They even turned on AC before our arrival so that room was cool. Breakfast was super tasty and with so many choices. I'll definitely visit again.

Everything was okay, nothing to complain.

The hotel was near to the top tourist attractions where you can go by walk for few minutes all the way from the hotel, if considering the traffic in Istanbul. Accessible to everything when it comes to restaurants, stores and transportation.The hotel is clean and it has an extra view from my room, an overlooking beach with a seagulls which made me relaxed.❤️😊 Breakfast was so good cus’ you have a different option.

There’s no elevator in the hotel, the stairs going up to my room is a bit stiff but I have no problem with that since there staff helped me any to carry my luggage up to my room.

I really enjoyed my breakfast time there! It was very good. And even when I came for breakfast and found that all the omelet was already eaten, the cooking lady offered to make one for me. Also, they have a terrace with windows, so that you can eat and enjoy the view of the sea. And even feed the seagull that would come for breakfast every single morning. And it was like an additional attraction to feed the seagull (it was the same bird every morning)). I liked the friendliness of the staff in there. They can speak English, Turkish, and Russian. They helped me with my Istanbul card quickly, as it was confusing with covid measures. As well as they suggested the best place for money exchange, which was very helpful. The room was quite nice and clean, and very importantly, it was quiet, so you don't hear the noise from the outside or from other guests of the hotel. Let alone that it was very close to such historical places as The Blue Mosques, Hagia Sophia, Top Kapi Palace, Grand Bazaar. And the shuttle bus stop to the Istanbul Airport is located just 10 min walk from the hotel.

Would be great to have a room with a view, as in my room the window was very close to the opposite building. But it's very hard to find a place with an open space view in that area. As all the hotels are just very close to one another and it's pretty dense.

Brand new room. Location was wonderful - great food nearby and walking distance to museums and the views from my window were fantastic.

There wasn’t a name plate or address on the building so it took 2 1/2 hours to find it. The hotel is doing a very good renovation- but the roof terrace - that was featured in the booking photos is gone or wasn’t available. Though Bosphorus and old city views from my window made up for it.

Location is very very good, walking distance to Aja Sofia. Very good internet connection. Kettle, watter in fridge, coffee and tea. Very polite and helpful receptionist. Nice breakfast.

We were not located in the main building. Our appartement were in the basement of old house behinde main building.

The location is perfect if you want to walk around the city center, hagia sophia, sultanahmet mosque are reached by walk. The tram station is only 5 mins walk Camberlitas. The are so many restaurant options around the hotel and also supermarket. Staffs are friendly and breakfast is okay to start the day.

There are some broken furniture at our room. Shower a little bit narrow

Very helpful and friendly staff. Location is very good if you want to see historical monuments. Rooms are comfortable.

Did not have elevator. Not comfortable stairs for older people.
