I have just returned home from my 1 week stay at this hotel. Well what can I say to sum it up . I had the best stay ever. I was upgraded to a lovely big room . The area itself is away from the tourist trap which I preferred but in close walking distance 8 minutes to metro . For a solo female traveller I felt very safe walking around no hassle at all , and I found it cheaper than over in Sultanahmet . Lots of places to eat and shops nearby . The breakfast was very nice indeed and I would like to mention a few people who made my stay perfect .. The very lovely man Adem who was always on hand to help , it was a pleasure to meet him . Also the very sweet and kind Burak who served breakfast each morning ! Also the other waiters I think Ahmet was his name ..all so pleasant . The staff on reception were all amazing and very helpful . A big Thankyou to the house keeping staff also !! You do a fantastic job . For me the customer service at this hotel was just top notch I’ve stayed at lots of hotels but this one was one of the best due to the lovely people who work here I will never forget you !! I’d highly recommended anyone to stay here .. you won’t be disappointed, the spa facilities are also very nice . I will look forward to coming back here next time I’m in Istanbul .

The hotel staff were incredible. I came for a rhinoplasty and they couldn’t have been sweeter or more attentive. Always smiley and ready to help. On our first night we asked for a local restaurant recommendation and one staff remember actually walked us there. The rooms were stylish, the location was good. I have seen a lot of reviewers complain that taxis refused to go up the hill to the hotel - we got plenty of taxis and not one refused to go up! So don’t worry about that. I also saw many complain that the street / area it’s in feels dodgy and unsafe. Ok so it’s off a Main Street but myself and 69yo mother walked around loads from the horse and never felt unsafe - really think people make a fuss about nothing sometimes. Thank you to all the lovely staff at the hotel!

The first room we were put in was pretty tiny and close to the elevator so we were kept awake with constant dinging throughout the first night. We asked if we could change room and they were very kind and switched us to a much bigger room away from the lifts. I would just say that they chose style over substance with the rooms - the furniture looks great but the bedside tables don’t have drawers, neither did the one under the tv so there’s only a wardrobe. They could consider adding furniture with drawers to make storage a bit easier.

I recently stayed at Concept Nisantasi Hotels & Spa and had a fantastic experience! The breakfast offered each morning was delicious, with a wide variety of options—fresh fruits, pastries, hot dishes, and great coffee. It really set the tone for the day. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything tidy throughout my stay. The bathroom was also pristine, which I always appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend [Hotel Name] if you're looking for a clean and comfortable stay with a fantastic breakfast to start your day!

the breakfast was outstanding, just perfect, I really did not expect it to be so good. They bring all the plates straight to your table, you don`t have to do anything - you`d expect that you`d get tired of the same meals, but they change it slightly every time, so you never get used to it. The staff is also very friendly and polite. I loved the hotel`s design, it`s modern and cosy at the same time. I liked that they played live music during breakfast one day. The best part about the hotel is the spa. Although I don`t remember if it`s free for all people staying there, you`d rather check it. But definitely visit it if it`s included in your cost of living there. Me and my mom enjoyed hamam almost everyday, and we`ve never seen a single soul there. There`s also a quite large pool and a sauna

The staff`s English is good (for a regular person), but for the staff of a high quality hotel I`d expect it to be at least B1 for everyone. I also didn`t quite like the location of the hotel to be honest. Frankly speaking, if you`re rich and you`re into brand clothing, you`d like it. It`s all over the place. A slight mitigant: there are a lot of cats around.

The property is new and chic in comparison to some of the other hotels in Istanbul. We was greeted very nicely and it was a fast check in. The location is around 8-10 mins to the main high street (nisantasi) and apart from the hilly walks it was easy to get to everywhere. The ambience of the hotel is great overall and the breakfast inside the hotel is very good. Our room was a decent size for two people with a nicely sized closet. The best thing about this hotel was the hardworking staff! They made sure we was looked after very well.

There’s not anything bad to stay about the hotel … maybe if it was a little closer to the high street .

The location was excellent, and the rooms were impeccably clean and quiet. The staff was exceptionally friendly and ensured that I had a pleasant stay. Additionally, they upgraded me upon arrival, which was a fantastic gesture that I appreciated. I would definitely consider returning to this hotel, as I believe the price-to-convenience ratio is excellent.

While I understand the hotel's desire to gather feedback on their service, I felt intruded upon, and I believe that the decision to leave a review should be mine. Alternatively, there could be other methods of communication for soliciting feedback. I felt pressured to provide a positive review.

Booked a suit for 4persons, We were 2people staying in the room and the guy at the desk made drama when a friend came to visit at night. He said that the room was booked only for 2 persons and didn’t want to let my guest come upstairs. It was very annoying, had to tell him twice that we booked for 4persons so he let my friend come upstairs. But the next day manager apologized for the issue so everything went fine.
