This lovely and very affordable hotel was just a few hundred meters off the main road, around 5 minutes walking from Osmanbey (metro M2 and bus). Staff were very friendly and someone was available at the reception day and night. They escorted me to my room with my luggage. The room was pleasant and clean. I especially liked the bed and the pillows! It also had a nice rain shower, toilet with bidet, and from the window that could be opened I had a nice view of the quiet garden/park on the back side. Cleaning lady was also very sweet. Elevator was fast. Breakfast was served between 8-10 AM, my friends and I are late sleepers so we never used it during my short stay and opted for brunch in the excellent Hadika Kahvaltı Evi breakfast restaurant nearby. Very good price for this strategic location. Thanks for the lovely stay!

A bottle of water in the room upon arrival would have been nice. But for the rest I liked everything, considering the price of the hotel.

The hotel manager was very nice and helpful, and the staff were kind and polite. The hotel was cozy, with small rooms, but everything was exceptionally clean. The breakfast was tasty and fresh. The location was perfect, Nişantaşı is a safe area with a great atmosphere, featuring lovely cafés and luxury stores for shopping. I highly recommend this hotel, and I would love to return again.

The owner was very polite and helpful. His English is very good and he alap speaks Arabic language. Breakfast was tasty, and there were few different options every day. All the staff were very friendly even though they didn't speak English, but they were always smiling and helpful. Rooms were cleaned every day, and the towels smell very nice. Air conditioning was amazing as well as speed of Wi-Fi. Just a small tip for those ones who are light sleepers is to take earplugs, cause the walls are thin, and we could hear the person in the next room snoring. Luckily, it happened only one night, the rest of our stay we didn't hear any noise. Around the hotel there were a lot of clothes shops and Metro and bus stations were a few minutes' walking distance. Great value for the money! We definitely recommend this hotel, and hopefully, we will come back again.

Everything was exactly as advertized in the pictures. The staff were very friendly and the man at the reception spoke English, the reception is 24h. The breakfast was good enough, the room was clean. There was a safe (casse) for belongings and a hair drier, so my wife was happy. The street it actually a dead end, which is good - it's quieter than most places around and has less traffic.

As in some other Turkish hotels, there is a connection interior door that connects two separate hotel rooms (for example if you travel with your family and kids). So, at night the people from the other room tried to force themselves into our room by mistake, which was disturbing. Of course the door was locked but still it can be spooky. Also, the noise insulation isn't very good due to this door so speak quietly if you want privacy.

Same type of breakfast for 4 days. All the same the staff at the kitchen were excellent.

The hotel is a new hotel located very central. The hotel was really easy accessible and also has a lot of other facilities around. The room was very clean and spacious. It got everything you need. The hotel personal was super nice. They really made sure we would have a great time and a nice experience. The breakfast was a typical turkish breakfast, which was very good! Will definitely come back

I have just returned from a ten day stay at this hotel. It is a respectful, clean hotel, close to the city center and equipped with all amenities. The service is ok. I recommend it for anyone wanting to go shopping or for work. I salute all the hotel staff for their hospitality and warm welcome. A special salute to Mr. Hajj Mustafa for his help and service. I plan to come back inshaallah.

Shishly palace hotel is home away from home, Mr Mustapha play a fatherly role nd guide to me during my stay. When arrived, my check-in is 1 pm, but I arrived at d hotel by 9 am. He welcome me and said to let go the restaurant for breakfast before you finish your room will be ready. I remind him that I'm not entitled to breakfast today and check in is 1pm he smiled and say Brother you are tired what u need now is to eat and sleep. By the time I finished eating the room is ready. Mr Mustapha is always ready to help he knows Istanbul more than Google Map, once I show him address he will draw a an accurate step by step on how to get the address. The staff are very friendly more especially Mr Sulaiman. The hotel cleaness and other services are of 5 star hotels standard. In the hotel I have gotten much more than what I have paid for. Anytime am in Istanbul Shishly palace hotel is my home. Keep it up Mr Mustapha
