A brand new hotel, super clean. Amazing bed, enough facilities, tidy bathroom, friendly staff... I would say the cleanest room you may find now in Istanbul. There is nothing negative about the room itself. Ten out of 10. The first time I saw the room was the same as the pictures shown. It's located in a real local area surrounded by numerous clothes and other shops. Accordingly, you may find it too busy and not a relaxing touristic place. However, I only cared about the cleaness as well as the proximity to the metro station. It's in 1-2 min walking distance to metro M2 line. So, you can get away from the crowd and enjoy the rest of your day outside ;)

Amazing hotel!!!! the hotel is brand new. it’s amazingly clean and the rooms are huge comparing the hotels around that area. amazing bed, so comfortable and they even have huge smart tv and espresso machine. I loved the design of the hotel and the rooms. the hotel is in central location, just 1 minute walk to metro station and 3 minutes walk the nisantasi area where there is high end boutiques like Prada , Dior , hermes, and very good restaurants. once you get out of the hotel u are already in the middle of fashion boutiques. the staff of the hotel is very friendly and show the Turkish hospitality. they even put Turkish delight in my room. they have the best Americano coffee😃. I always stay in hotels and normally very picky about the hotels. I finally found my hotel in Istanbul . I never need to search for another hotel.

everything is wonderful in this hotel starting from the amazing staff to the smallist deatils i would like to thank the boys who were working at the evening shift on the 25th of july and the Pinar the guest relationships staff the honest housekeepers everything was amazing the location of the hotel was just perfect for me it was near everything i need although not on a noisy street the price was suitable and reasonible in behave of the great and fiendly conditons thank you all

the only annouying thing that i didnt like is that they didnt accept my payment through apple pay i was dissapointmented but the clear why for me

It exuded an aura of refined elegance, featuring tasteful decor and modern amenities that left no detail overlooked. The plush bed, adorned with soft linens, promised a night of unparalleled comfort.

While the hotel's overall cleanliness was commendable, I noticed a slight oversight in housekeeping during my stay. Some areas in the room seemed to have been overlooked during cleaning, and it would have been ideal if attention to detail in this aspect was enhanced.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the brand new hotel located in Nishantachi, Istanbul. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the level of service and attention to detail from the staff. The location is convenient, being near to the train station, which made it easy to explore the city. The room was beautiful and well-appointed with all the amenities you would expect from a top-notch hotel. The bed was especially comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's rest. I also had dinner at the hotel's restaurant and was blown away by the quality of the food. It was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. What really stood out to me was the staff's friendliness and willingness to help with anything I needed. They were always smiling and made me feel welcome during my stay. Overall, I had an excellent experience at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Istanbul. I can't wait to come back.

The hotel is in a very central location, easy to reach everywhere, the rooms of the hotel are spacious, clean and tidy, everything was perfect, that you also to reception lady Pinar and restaurant staff yasemin. !!!! :)

All is perfect. The all new hotel is located in perfect area, with walking distance to the shopping area and metro station. Staff is pretty friendly and ready to assist always. If I visit Istanbul again, I would not look for other hotel, instead will select the Hallmark Hotel again.

Looks like a recently commissioned property... rooms amenities are perfect, and housekeeping was on the dot... however, the front desk service does not match them.

they definitely have an electric issue. Lights was out 3 times and the elevator was not working upon checking in

One of the best hotel I stayed in, clean comfortable and great location. I need to mention that I forgot valuable sunglasses and money and they actually hold it for me until my friend went and took it I really appreciate their integrity. I totally recommend it.

The hotel was extremely clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room facilities were very good. The location is excellent just 1 minute walk to osmanbey metro.
