The hotel staff was great , thanks for the reception guy who helped us very much, cleaning lady come all the day with clean towels she was so great .. great location especially for people who wanna have fun on taksim clubs and lounge ,so close , especially no-noise room with perfect view… also safe place for women who wanna travel alone and so close to metro station just 2mn walks with perfect coffe bar and restaurant.

Nothing .except breakfast..Good and fresh food all the day but unfortunately there is no choices … but still good to start the day

Great location near many shops, metro station & easy access to Taksim square & Galata tower. Good wifi. Very friendly & supportive staff. Really liked the room with a view. I appreciated the upgrade. Not far from airport bus stop at Taksim. Hot water kettle with tea & coffee.

Older room amenities such as a/c, remote control. Carpet in room. Bkfst is basic not great variety. Room cleaning is not always thorough, but when we asked, it was provided well.

Thank you for hosting us very well since the day 1 we arrived at the hotel. I would like to thank and complement the reception team: Ahmet, Burak, Uğur, Yusuf and Muhammet Ali in addition to a big compliments and respect to the house keeping ladies Deria and tuba. I like the location and the breakfast. The room was small but compact, so it was ok

There was no water one day at 6 a.m. since I had to pray, I called the staff to fix it but they gave me mineral water 😂. The lift didnt work at our last day, but they fixed it immediatly, so we didnt need to bring our laggage by stairs

The location of the hotel is amazing for a 5 days trip in Istanbul. It's in the heart of the city with a metro station 2 minutes from your door, and it's 5 minutes walking from a very lively area of Galata full of restaurants, bars and shops. In addition the staff of the hotel was quite friendly and helpful with everything (also great English speakers, which is something important in Istanbul). Last but not least, the cleaning of the room was great as they cleaned our room thoroughly in a daily basis. Highly recommend value for money place for a short stay in Istanbul.

Everything was great and we didn't have any complains for the room or the hotel in total. Nothing specific to mention. Maybe the breakfast could have some more coffees variety.

I would recommend that for its price, location, which was relatively close to train and bus stations and of course the hotel staffs were polite and friendly.

I arrived at 7:30 am and their checkout was at 2pm. They kindly gave me a small room that does not have a proper aircon and did not change it for 3 nights until the room that i ordered became available. This was not what I actually expected. Their breakfast was ok, but could be better in terms of providing more diverse choice meals.

Most important, the staff was very friendly and proffesional. Thay even made us a nice birthday surprise ;) We had a good comunication with them and they helped us when we wanted to change our reservation options. Parking lot is close safe and cheap Will come back next time

The position of the hotel was beautifull, all main atractions are near: metro, stores, clubs, taksim, galata tower etc. The rooms are big and clean, room service was very good. Even if it s a loud area, the hotel is very silent. It would had been amazing if the breakfast had more diversity but anyway thr food was good and fresh. And maybe a top floor terrace. But the price is more than ok

It has good staff. The breakfast was good, but it was repetitive every day. The rooms were clean and the housekeeper paid attention to its cleanliness. Access to Taksim was very good.

The breakfast was good, but it was repetitive every day and I couldn't trust the vegetables. Because on the first day, I saw worms on the gifts, which obviously had not been washed well. the air conditioning was not good and the air conditioner did not cool.
