Breakfast was great and practically the only one for 5 star hotel. Metro is about 6-7 min but the streets are sloping.

Cleaning not very good. At 17:00 it was not clean yet. Floor was not cleaned properly. We didn’t have door to shower at 3 rooms.

Good location Staff is very nice and helpful Rooms are clean Breakfast and dinner was very good Swimming pool at the roof is great

Small rooms ( the family room) I don’t recommend full board because it takes a lot of time to prepare the lunch

for my 4th stay in Istanbul, I chose the peak and spa hotel istanbul and I don't regret it. the hotel is clean, the superior room is of sufficient size with a balcony and a bathtub. the rooftop pool is a real plus. The staff is very attentive, from the reception to the waiters, including the concierge.... I want to honor the very nice and very professional Onur with his wonderful dog Lynda who made the happiness of young and old. They ensure the safety of customers and Onur always has a word or a kind attention. finally, thank you to Vedat dedicated to his job and to customer satisfaction. It's so nice to be welcomed like that. do not change anything, I will come back with great pleasure. Lila touati

I loved the location although some people in the comments said it was noisy because of the street bars, I didn't feel any of that, for me it was perfect. Breakfast was rich in food and very good, the staff were very friendly and as soon as I arrived they upgraded my room without even asking for it, to a wonderful, spacious room with a jacuzzi and a phenomenal view of the city. The whole hotel is nice and smells great! Everything is super clean. It has an indoor and outdoor pool, the outdoor one with an incredible view and the indoor one with a sauna and Turkish bath. I loved my days here and I will recommend this hotel to anyone going to istanbul!

It was an excellent hotel experience. Beyond the impressive level of service and amenities, what truly stood out was the staff's exceptional attention and responsibility, with special mention to Rawan. Upon my arrival, there was a minor issue resulting from a miscommunication, but Rawan handled it with utmost professionalism, responsibility, and patience. I genuinely appreciated her dedication to addressing and resolving the problem promptly. This personalized care and attention to detail set this hotel apart from others, and it speaks volumes about the staff's high sense of responsibility—a valuable aspect that assures guests of a delightful stay. In terms of the facilities and hotel conditions, the location was fantastic, offering easy accessibility and a peaceful environment for relaxation. The overall cleanliness was commendable, and the room amenities were satisfactory. Nevertheless, despite these minor points, my overall experience was positive, and I would like to extend my gratitude to the entire staff, particularly Rawan, for making my stay memorable and enjoyable.

The swimming pool water was too cold for comfort, and the restaurant space seemed insufficient to accommodate the number of guests during breakfast, resulting in some inconvenience. Additionally, there were issues with the billing of beverages during breakfast that should be addressed.

The hotel was very clean, the staff were amazing super friendly and helpful. The outside pool area and spa was lovely, I had a massage and it was amazing! The hotel room we had on the 8th floor was excellent, we had a hot tub on the balcony and in the bathroom, the room and balcony was a decent size too but the bed was super comfortable and we slept like babies. You can not ask for a better location, everything is within walking distance even a supermarket 3mins walk that sells everything super cheap, some lovely restaurants 4/5mins walk. I would definitely go back to this location and hotel again.

The spa was lovely but indoor pool could of been a bit warmer, it was freezing all the time. We only had breakfast twice and only had fruit, as we didn’t like the options so we had breakfast out. The outdoor pool area was lovely and it would of been even better if there was some sunshades near the outdoor pool Sunbed’s as it’s gets super hot up there in peak summer. These are small things compared to the great things we experienced in this hotel.

Small rooms

A very spacious hotel and the breakfast was lovely. In a great location - a few streets behind is Taksim. 10 minute walk down to Galata tower too, and an abundance of restaurants & souvenir shops. On the doorstep of the hotel is a taxi service however I recommend using Uber as it is MUCH cheaper.

An FYI that the entrance to the hotel is through Ramada Hotel & even the card key can say Ramada. It can get extremely busy for breakfast, however it wasn't the worst of cases! When we arrived we were given the smallest room & were told that due to our late flight, the rooms were given away. After complaining, we were offered the correct room. I witnessed this same thing with another couple too.

* Staff were super friendly, nice and helpful. * Hotel is close to markets, cafes, restaurants, shopping centers. You can simply just walk to it. * There's a cute dog in the reception area she's adorable and everyone loved her (linda), I really like it when I see empathy and care to other animals.

* They gave my parents a small room at the beginning even that they paid for a large one, they didn't compensate us in any way as my parents stayed in the small room for 1 night, a dinner or even a spa ticket or even just a fruit basket would've been nice as this is what we expected from a nice staff. * There's an air-conditioning problems, already spoke about it and they informed me that they're upgrading the system. * gold wall paper and red carpet in the rooms hallway needs to be changed from a design perspective as it's very heavy to look at and it effects the energy of the person negatively( very heavy and dark to look at, also dated).
