The location was perfect but very noisy place which in Istanbul and close to galata tower and istiklal street always fully of people and if you are going to enjoy your time in Istanbul so that should be fine for you 😀 👍

Room wasn't clean that much , like the bedsheets were old and undusted , Room size was normal well if you want bigger so you need to pay more but anything from neighbors can be heard , place was noisy but what we can do this is Istanbul 1aq1a

We enjoyed our stay in Journal Hotel. Room was clean and well equipped. Location is lovely, Galata tower and Istiklal (Taksim) is neraby. Despite it's tourists place, the hotel placed in a quite square, nothing will bother you. Stuff was super polite and honest with us. We had a delicious breakfast (cozy cafeteria in the first floor). We asked for earlier check-in and it was accepted. After check-out we had a chance to leave our luggage for a while.

Perfect location, right in the heart of Pera, in a quiet alley close to main Istiklal street. Lively area with lots of bars and restaurants, but I was given a quiet room (facing backwards and on upper floors) as requested. Small room but perfect for my needs, with a very useful mini-fridge. Fast wifi. Friendly staff, specially the young ones. Great price

Just to say something, the washbasin was a little too small, and a light for the bed would have been great

The most think I liked in this hotel is the location ,it’s so close to istiklal street , and in a calme street which will offer you quiet sleep at night. Second is the personal which is incredibly kind. From the beginning they were offering all kind of support , smiling ,even good jokes 😊 .in terms of equipments all works from tv , ac, boiler … etc the price worth it and I recommande it.

I stayed at the JURNAL hotel, which is located in a very central area. I was impressed by the hotel's convenient location, the friendliness of the staff, and the cleanliness of the rooms. I was also delighted to find out that they offered breakfast service in the morning, which was a pleasant surprise. From now on, JURNAL hotel will be my address whenever I'm in Istanbul.

Istanbul, where I came for a business trip, I stayed at Jurnal Hotel based on my friend's recommendation. I had an issue with the lamp on the first night, but they resolved it promptly. I didn't encounter any problems in the next two days. From now on, my accommodation choice in Istanbul is Jurnal.

they gave me room on -1 floor , 1floor but in fact it’s -1 floor , worse of all is that the room wasn’t clean, dirty floor, dust everywhere, crashed tv. somebody’s hairs in the bad , the room looked like “never used room “

First of all I want say thanks for stuff for everything ! Ever polite , intelegent and educated people ! I love the style as loft , I like every details there from the reception as cafe you felt yourself at home as room everything was work properly and good ! And breakfast was an amazing ❤️

Location is perfect! I liked that hotel has an elevator so you don’t have to bring your luggages by yourself. Staff was very friendly and always welcoming.

It wasn’t fully clean, especcialy the shower (where the water runs to). For a whole stay I got only one toilet paper and even not full. The walls are really thin, I was able to hear people next door and it felt like they in my room. There was some woman (I assume a guest) who screamed and shouted so much durinf the night (somewhere in the morning). Whole hotel where able to heat it.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The room was comfortable and clean. There was verything written in description.

There was problem to get to the place at the first time, so in my opinion would be better if owners suggest detailed map or route from popular points to the hotel.
