it’s just a stunning property. we loved the hotel

some staff were so lovely… but there were also a lot of pretentious staff that weren’t as nice. we generally waited till our fav people were at the desk before approaching… but overall. we had a great stay. if the Cicconi’s restaurant is part of the hotel - that was aweful. service was terrible. food was not good. and although it looked beautiful- it was not a pleasant luncheon … cold food. bad service. not the most hygienic either.

The property is stunning, so worth the room choice we made of Medium +. Really great size, with sofa/coffee table area and very large walk-in bathroom with lovely free standing bath and shower cubicle, toilet cubicle. Being able to use next door and the Soho House club spaces was great and ate at their restaurant on night 1. Gym downstairs was huge! amazing facilities and staff on front desk always so friendly and helpful. We often stopped by for a drink in the courtyard too. Loved this place.

It’s a minor point but the bathroom lighting was dim so not easy for make-up application and the hairdryer was very poor, conked out so had to get a second but over-heated and very poor quality - so take your own! not what you expect in a place like this! oh we also happened to be there on election day so no alcohol could be purchased!!

Soho House Istanbul, what careful attention and zealous attitude you welcome your guests with. History builds on top of history among your halls; culture and art mingle into a community of muse. You’ve built a balanced reclusive atmosphere and it shows. Once a home to the US embassy, now a home for the creatives of neighboring countries and every corner of the world. We spent a week among peers, and what a week it was.. filled with art, olfactory stimulation, and outstanding culinary abundance. It’s good to feel at home.

Facilities were amazing. Gym was exceptional! Beautiful room, perfect location and very helpful staff. Would definitely look to stay again.

Only downside was how popular it is! due to the usual use for members meant that it was very busy. We also weren't allowed to use the cinema as we weren't members which was unfortunate.

I called the reception before arrival to ask for a change and add an extra night: they put me on hold for over 6minuted until I hung up then I called again and the lady told me that they were busy and they would call me back . They never did. So I send an email via booking to which they replied apologizing but still didn’t call back. I called again as it was too late to change my reservation to another hotel. Upon arrival they were just ok. The worst was the breakfast: they made us wait over 50mn the. The waiter came and asked for our order again! That was so unprofessional! So we asked for the manager: she profusely apologized and took us the club restaurant and tried her best to make up for the unprofessional behavior of their scattered staff ! It’s ongoing . We ll see if they make it Up before we leave ! I would Like to end this review my saying that Esma at the reception was simply wonderful. After reading that first part of my review, she sat with us and asked what they can do to make up for what happened. She offered us breakfast the 2 days at the Soho house club, which by the ways simply wonderful and was excellent both in food and service! And she suggested that we invite friends for a drink or a bite at the rooftop. She went an extra mile to make sure we leave happy and we actually did. I ll definitely come back to Soho House,. We are all humans and bound to make mistakes, it's true that the waiter wasn't professional and maybe they were overwhelmed, but what matters most is that they acknowledged their mistakes, took responsibility and made sure to make up for it! Again thank you very much Esma, as well as the restaurant manager!

Everything was excellent, our stay really exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, every detail was carefully thought. The mini bar section is beautiful and versatile. Free cookies that were waiting in our room made our 2-year old so super happy. The bed was super comfy. Our room was very quiet and had a small private terrace. Maybe it was a dark room because it was downstairs but we happily traded in light for quietness and comfort. Access to the Soho House club section was also great. The beautiful old palazzo, food and cocktails made our stay super fun. Thank you! Possibly the best hotel we stayed at in Istanbul, and we have tried a few!

Well. Soho house Istanbul itself. I've been here 5 nights. Solo. And I liked it. Trendy crowd, sleek design, nice rooms with fresh air. Cookies in a jar. Marvis in a bathroom (not only toothpaste but a mini sized moutnwash, awesome) . Cowshed products in a shower. Water complimentary every day and night. Kept myself hydrated. Radio when you first walk-in. Marshall system. Food. I've only had a room service breakfast here. But I had it every day and it's was good. Turkish coffee was great. Bed was ok, many pillows. I slept good. Didn't hear any noise since I use ear plugs every time. It's great when it is possible to open a window in a room. In my case I even had a door and a little balcony. I've read hotel staff a little rough but I didn't see that. Had an upgrade and I felt welcomed even I'm not a member. Housekiping guys are from Poland I guess and they just a very sweet and great personalities.

Overrall, I had a good time in here. Watched sunsets, listened music and just living. Cookies, though, can be better))). They was not chewy enough and crumbled a lot. Thanks for hospitality, guys.

Beautiful hotel, very unique interior decoration. We booked a small room and it was the right size, with a very confortable bed and a beautiful bathroom. The amenities in the bathroom are great: Hair dryer & straightener, ear plugs, condoms, tampons etc ... Quite different from the usual. Location is perfect, close to touristic hotspots, bare & restaurants. The next door Soho House private club is absolutely stunning

A la carte breakfast is annoying considering the room rate. Our room was facing a very busy highway kind of road and in one night during the weekend it got really noisy. Better ask for a room facing the courtyard. Cuisine at Cecconi's was good, but nothing special.

The staff at soho house are amazing! From the front staff who are always so helpful and friendly to the cleaning staff who are delightful and courteous at all times. Great location next to decent restaurants

The only thing that would make this soho better is a pool
