Excellent location close to most major tourist attractions in Istanbul. The accommodation was very basic but provided us everything that we needed. The host was very accommodating when we found our room way too cold, and he showed us how to turn on a second heater plus gave us an extra duvet! They also let us store our luggage there for the afternoon after checking out before our evening flight. Given the fantastic location, it was very reasonably priced. I would definitely stay again!

The shuttle service the offer is a bit expensive in comparison to other hotel shuttle service. The shower pressure wasn’t strong and it takes time for hot water to start running.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I want to express my great satisfaction. The staff was exceptionally welcoming, which greatly contributed to making my stay very enjoyable. Furthermore, the hotel's location is ideally situated, which made getting around easy. The room was very well appointed, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. I highly recommend this establishment and hope to return soon!

only one set of key to the room, so it could be a bit inconvenient. you have to pay for your own drinking water.

The room was very clean and organized. It was perfect from a tourism point of view and everything required for a night stay was available. The location was more than perfect, with loads of shops and restaurants nearby. It is on the main street and is super close to Gulhane station which makes it very easy to access from airport (via Havaist to Beyazit station then tram from beyazit to Gulhane). The owner/staff was extremely helpful, kind and understanding, speaks great English too. I will definitely stay again on my next visit. Great, great value for money! Highly recommended.

You have to be careful when you are booking if the room has a private toilet or a commun one.

Amazing place, ran by two brothers who genuinely have a big heart. My heartfelt gratitude to Selim, who helped me whenever i aksed for something. Being only 5 mins away from all the tourist attraction is just one of many advantage.

The property is very central but it is part of a lane which was not very loud.

The rooms have very thin walls. Or we had one of the worst neighbour who basically banged the wall if we even breated.
