The was spacious. and the location was great opposite to the marvellous Galataport.quite area although our rooms (two) were on city view .Sadig the manager was the star as he helped in every way to the comfort of the guests. thats why I keep returning to NIDYA.STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. MY FAMILY ENJOYED CROSSING THE ROAD AND DIRECTLY INTO GALATPORT for dining ,shopping ,walking,looking at the sea enjoying the beautiful huge CRUISES parked at the port loading and unloading passengers from around the world. WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK WITH MORE FRIENDS AND FAMILIES.

Great location just opposite Galataport in the city center and walkable distance to Taksim. The staff at the reception were very welcoming and friendly, in particular Recep, Eyup and Sadik who helped make our stay very comfortable. The breakfast range was good, and the hotel offers a very convinient transport arrangement from and to the airport and at reasonable price. Overall, staying at this hotel was an excellent experience and will be my choice next time Im in Istanbul.

Good hotel. A Great location in front of Galataport shopping centre. Walking distance to all important points and to the Istanbul Tram. The welcoming and the attention of the staff members was amazing and excellent specially, Youns, Euler, Baykal, Sadik, Murad, and Sude they always answered our doubts, solved our problems and gave us very good recommendations.

Location was perfect..Friendly staff and helpful like Ayoub, Sadiq, Mariam and Murad. Ayoub welcomed us warmly and helped us check in early. Breakfast was good as well.

The pillows were very hard. The noise of road maintenance and traffic ruined the sleeping quality.

We were upgraded to a superior room which was spacious for us. The hotel is located in a busy road and quiet noisy during rush hours. However this did not hamper our stay. Buffet breakfast was always the same but it was tasty and plentiful. If you arrive by car there is no parking available. Public transport is near the hotel. Galata tower is within walking distance. .

The hotel is a bit run down and needs upgrading. Lighting is not bright. Our electrical socket in the bathroom was not secured properly within the wall. Turkey is popular for cosmetic surgeries, therefore at times we encountered persons which had some kind of intervention in the lobby or breakfast area bandaged with visible bruises. This was not a pleasant situation especially inside the breakfast area. I guess this is quite common in other hotels too.

I couldn't come for personal reasons. My son was there instead of me. He told me that : "He liked everything in the hotel. The staff hospitality and kindness, they upgraded his room for free because it was available. My sister went with him with her two daughter. When I first reserved the triple rooms were sold out, so I had to reserve a suite. Upon arrival, without asking them, they managed to change her room to a triple one with 3 beds. Hotel and rooms were very clean and done every day. Breakfast was very good quality. Variety was good. The AC was very good. The location is wonderful close many many facilities. The "entourage" of the hotel is classy.

In fact I liked everything. But there are rushed busy hours in the traffic, so you need to know when to leave the hotel and when to come back. The frigo in the room is good but needs to be colder. These two points are nothing when you are in a wonderful hotel. We will be coming back very soon end of October 2022.

Great location directly opposite ship departure terminal and adjacent to tram services into the city. Staff were very accommodating in regards our luggage storage and responsive to out service requirements.

Being on a main road the outside was a little noisy. A issue with water leaking in the bathroom was noted and reported to reception staff.

The hotel was amazing from the beginning to the end of our stay. The room was amazing, clean and comfortable and the buffet breakfast was wonderful with a variety of flavors, but what made the difference was the great hospitality from the hotel staff. They were all so friendly and made us feel like home. Recep and Izzet at reception gave us the best recommendations for things to do and places to visit and they assisted us with everything we needed, like booking a cruise to Bosphorus for us, providing a turkish number, exchange etc. They helped us even with a bad purchase that we did and communicated with the seller for us. Thank you guys for making our experience so wonderful and helping us creating great memories! We hope to see you all soon! Great job and keep it up!

The hotel located in a very good place opposite to Galata Port which is great The room was soo clean and comfortable The service is 5 star the stuff so friendly I would like to thank Baykal he was so friendly and helpful please reach him for help. Thanks Baykal and Nidya feeling home.
