The restaurant is lovely and the staff is so nice and welcoming and a massive thank you to Amir so helpful during our stay. I would highly recommend Fraser Place and will definitely stay here again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Apartments in Istanbul, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the impeccable service, modern design, and breathtaking views that this place had to offer. First and foremost, the standout feature of this apartment was undoubtedly the view. Overlooking the bustling city of Istanbul, I was treated to an unparalleled vista of the Bosphorus Strait that left me in awe. The sight of the sunset over the water was simply mesmerizing, and it provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation after a day of exploring the city. The service at the Apartments was equally exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and memorable. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any request or inquiry, making me feel truly pampered throughout my stay. The modern design of the apartment was another highlight. The interior was tastefully decorated with a contemporary flair, creating a chic and comfortable atmosphere. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the stylish furniture to the well-appointed amenities. The location was ideal for both leisure and business travelers. Situated near shopping malls, including the ever-popular IKEA, it made it convenient to indulge in retail therapy or pick up any essentials. Additionally, being centrally located allowed for easy access to Istanbul's cultural and historic attractions.

Nice experience. The property is good located, reception and housekeeping staff (thanks to Fatmanur especially) are very helpful and quick in service. The rooms are well-equipped and the view we had from 37th floor was just breathless. Will come back for sure.

Breakfast would need some improvements: -Hot meals are actually cold and tasteless -No napkins on the table, you must ask each time for them and you get 1-2 pieces only -Staff always look bored, in contrast with the other departments -Children table was always dirty and you have to clean it by yourself when you get it. This must be the staff job.

The room (apartment - 2 bedrooms, 1 open space living room with a kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 service toilet) is nice and clean. In the bathroom shower, the cleaning lady forgot to remove an old soap from the previous guests (but not a big problem). The view is amazing.

On one of the nights, around 3 a.m. one of the guests decided to smoke and a fire alarm was given. Of course, I didn't know and I had to rush on the emergency stairs from floor 39 down to the lobby. Not an ideal night.

Great hotel! We were in the suites on the higher floors and everything was clean, comfortable and well-maintained. The rooms were exactly as pictured, all the appliances worked like a clock, the reception folks were always available and very helpful. The staff overall was exceptional: professional, friendly, attentive, going out of their way to help the guests. There is a decent gym, a pool, a playroom, and a very nice restaurant (although I would stick to breakfasts only).on the first floor. Also, they work with a very good, albeit pricey, transfer company.

Well, location. Not much they can do about it and the choice is totally on me, but if you need to go anywhere other than Umranyie, where the hotel is located, the transportation is very inconvenient. It takes at least 25 minutes to get to the ferry and during the rush hour (from 3pm to 6ish) the road may take more than 70 minutes. So, yes, check whether this location works for your plans, especially if you want to spend days on the European side where most of the historical sites are. That said, the neighborhood was quite nice: there are tons of ATMs nearby, restaurants, a shopping mall just next door and a grocery store (Migros) in a couple of blocks. It is quiet and there are no crowds of people there.

Everything was perfect staff very helpful and friendly also services excellent, other facilities car parking Akyaka mall closed to property restaurants supper Market, I'm highly recommended people visiting Istanbul to stay in Fraser place antasya. I'm sure my next visit to Istanbul will be in same residence. special thanks to reception staff Mr. Osman for extra efforts with given excellent experience during my stay.

Everything! This place is amazing for a reasonable price. View is great, very comfortable and clean, they provide detergent for the washing machine with instructions for use of all appliances, very helpful! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Working AC and outlets everywhere, so useful! Quick room service and great staff. Free garage parking and next to a mall, great location. Would definitely book here again.

This is my third time in this Hotel. The Hotel and staff are amazing the beds are really comfortable, the view from the room is very beautiful, they are really friendly especially Mis. REYHAN always there for make our stay special and comfortable and she make us feel like home , I will definitely stay in this hotel every time. Thank you
