Easy checkin and the reception team a delight, I arrived late but was taken care of promptly. I was given an upgrade to a family suite. Very large bathroom with a shower and a bonus to have a bath! Great breakfast

the room is wide and same bathroom also the ac is working well and you can sleep deeply breakfast many variety also parking under hotel finally front desk amazing from boss and ladies very friendly welcome

The property is modern and includes wellness and spa, the room with full glass wall top it. As I was using a rental car, the free parking was essential. What makes me give this property 5 star is the amazing staff we met. really without exception all were friendly and willing to help. I I would move my appreciation here towards three room service stuff (Rabia, Hümeyra and Tugba) who gave us there time and treated us as a family member.

Hotel was nice. Reception staff very friendly and overall good staying. Food was ok although only ate one night at the hotel cos I prefer to go out. Location is ok, on the Asian side of Istanbul. there are a couple of cafes near the hotel but to find more variety of bars-restsurants is a little walk maybe 10-15 minutes. If you don't mind is a nice walk.

Room was nice, but the carpets look dirty.. obviously not a lot of People take their shoes off when entering the room. The rest was fine.. maybe a little noisy with other guests banging doors.

Spacious and modern rooms, the front desk employees accommodated all our needs and were very helpful. Breakfast was good.

The cleanliness could be a little improved, I noticed some beard hair in the bathroom.

Food was amazing, 50 lira for burger and chips and a drink. Breakfast was nice, facilities were amazing. Spa, gym, sauna, steam room, hammam and indoor pool. Room had some nice led lights and same in the bathroom, helped the asthetics of the room. Staff were very friendly.

1. Although you pay for breakfast, the orange juice is an additional cost 🤔. Should not be additional in a 4star hotel if you are paying for breakfast 2. Reception did not want to tell us where the resturants are, i think becuase they wanted us to eat there. 3. The tv's in the rooms were abit outdated, like 720p not even 1080p quality

far away from European side and that was cost me a lots of money to pay for the taxi driver’s , also extra of that i used to pay more money for the bridge in both side of my transportation. a lots of traffic and 8 to 10 km take approximately 40 minutes. some staff they don’t really speak English and that was so hard to make your request understand it by the person but it was fine I didn’t get any issue .

We had a family wedding in Istanbul. I booked this hotel for my family and 10 quests. Restaurant Staff and room Cleaning Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The restaurant staff was very professional Thes rooms where every day very clean and nice. Mrs Banu at the recption did her best to make me and my 10 guest to feel comfortable in this hotel.

Some reception staff may be a more friendlier and more cheerful to the gasts.

The Hotel is very nice and personal was 100% ready for help!

It was have some food who was finished from room service and not recharged!
