The location is great, it is a walking distance from galata tower and istiklal Street , also it is near to the bridge to cross to the other side where most of the tourist attractions are such as spice bazar , grand bazar, blue mosque, aya Sofia, top kapi Palace, sulaiman mosque. There was a small cofe shop on the corner next to the hotel serving shisha which was good. There is a small grocery shop next to it, and there are lots of restaurants nearby. The hotel is small and simple, the staff are amazing and helpful. I took the unit in the 5th floor which was two bedrooms with a balcony that has a very good view over the sea. The room size was good, both rooms have a king size bed (little short if you are 180cm your feet will touch the base) the bed is reasonably comfortable (however I hope they use a softer bedsheets, blanket and pillow cases). The room have a small fridge and a small kitchen. Overall the stay was good, if you are looking for something clean with friendly staff , good location, affordable , then this is a place to consider. Vusal and cemsit will help you as much as they can. Very friendly guys and always smiling.

The room is so clean very comfortable bed room service excellent every day they provide water every day free plus coffee tea kettle ,the staff excellent speak English and very helpful and respectful me and my husband really enjoyed our stay for our anniversary especially the location 10 minutes walk to galata tower or even less and 10 minutes walk to tramway and grand bazar around 20 minutes walk we basically walked and didn’t need public transport the hotel is situated in between all attractions we will definitely come back to Galata Dream Hotel

A fantastic location - both old city and the european parts we accessible on foot. The hotel is nice and stylish. The staff was polite. The breakfast was delicious with turkish coffee and fresh bread, cheese, ham and omlette.

The hotels stands near a loaded road, so it's a bit noisy, but quiet ok with closed windows. It feels like it's not new.

its next to a busy street. so if you are not used to live in a big city make sure to have some earbugs wih you.

The location is great, like 10 min away from Galata Kulesi, very cool and trendy neighborhood. The room was small but very cute, beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean, I would love to appreciate the lady (from Uzbekistan) at the breakfast, she was very sweet, her menemen and türkish kahve vere very tasty :)

East meets West… What better place than Istanbul can facilitate that? Had a date with an Eastern girl and found this Boutique Hotel “Galata Dream” suitable for the meeting. The staff went over the top to make “it happen”, they even gave us their cards for Metro and was supportive in every way. Galata Dream Hotel thus only having two balcony’s is a nice and clean hotel; though working remote was a challenge, having balcony means reduced space. Breakfast is preselected and comes with different kind of eggs (boiled, scramble or fried). Galata Dream is on the edge of the city center, it’s still close to night life and cool cafes. Downsize was the traffic noise mostly caused by closed tunnels they said; Overall I rate this hotel top 5 for the staff and their commitment.

Some rooms have limited space... Was a challenge to work when having balcony... Bathroom was surprisingly huge...

Very cozy place with a view on Bosphorus. Perfect location. Galata tower and all the restaurants including fish market in 5 minutes walk. Very clean and fresh room with a balcony. Attentive and nice staff! Highly recommended

The location was great - being very close to Galata Tower & Metro station. The room looked new and was an excellent use of limited space. The kitchenette was an added bonus. The staff was also very helpful.

The hotel doesn't appear to be having a kitchen and keeps packed breakfast. It would be great if this can be mentioned before hand. Since we didn't want to have at least 2 out of 3 items on offer within the packed breakfast we didn't have the breakfast to avoid wasting food despite having taken a package with breakfast included. However, with multiple good restaurants around - breakfast was not really a problem.
