Hotel was too good full value for money. Location is excellent. Staff was so helpful and kind. Special mention for Mr. Swat and Mr. Swash both were superbly kind and helpful. This was my second time and i would like to come again next time as well

Location was very good. There is additional lounge area for sitting. Beds were comfortable.

Although draw was broken, curtain could not properly closed, however, it was good hotel in this budget. I recommend this hotel.

Reception staff (Suat and the others) and restaurant staff (Ismael and the others) were very kind and sincerely did anything to help you where they could. Nice breakfast and tasty dinner available. Excellent location near Istiklal shopping street and Taksim square. Comfortable room with good facilities (wifi, kettle, free coffee and tea, international tv, ...).

Can be a bit noisy sometimes in the hotel, but the area itself is quiet.

The location, staff and the breakfast, everything was amazing. I checked out but was struggling with internet, the gentleman at the reception welcomed me back, let me use their internet and brought me tea. He asked me to wait until the rain stop, as it was mixed rain and snow on the day. Thanks a lot

The location is perfect, just few steps to Istiklal street and taksim Meydan, The breakfast quality and quantity is good and let you go and enjoy your day till lunch, The balcony in the room is really awesome and made me feel the weather before going out, The reception man in the morning Suat is very helpful and have a lot of knowledge and information in Turkey and speaks english very well, he helped me a lot in any contact in turkish language and he recieved my online order and kept with him until recieving, The Hotel represents the greatest value of your money with good location and service and reasonable price, I will choose GANJ hotel again and again in my next time in Turkey, Thanks Suat and all hotel team for your kind hospitality.

Breakfast was ok but the location is excellent near Istaklaal street.Staff was quite supportive.I stayed there second time after October 2021.Mr Suaat was the best front desk officer ai have ever met in Turkey .He helps me a lot in saving money by showing bus n tram routes.He is a very friendly person.Rooms are above average

Air conditioners should be installed in all rooms.Quality of breakfast can be improved

Although my reservation was for a standart room they upgraded and gave a big room with balcony The internet pace was okay it enables me to work online . The breakfast was sufficient and the cheff is good at cookies and bakery Staff know English so it makes easy to communicate when you need something. Location is perfect
