We enjoyed our stay for the past one week. The staff was very helpful providing us with everything we needed. Great location with plenty of things to see and do around the hotel.

Bathroom is too small.

The location of the hotel is very good. The area is surprisingly quiet, although the neighbouring areas are pretty noisy. The staff is helpful.

The exit door of the room is not convenient, since it forms a "U" shape with the inner door on the left and the bathroom door on the right. The shower hose was leaking. The towels have served their term and should be sent for retirement.

I booked the suite with terrace (be aware they have 2suits; one with terrace one with living room) Terrace was nice, large , quite nice view actually. I was worried about the safety of the location but then I realized when I arrived that it's just by the local Police Station! How cool! Few hundred meters walk, u will be at Sadri Alışık street then the main street of Beyoğlu, İstiklal St. Perfect location. Room and property was all clean and cared. Halit Bet , Ahmet Bey and Ali Bey at reception, they were all caring, helpful, thoughtful and friendly. I like to thank them for all help and support . Within my short stay they were really kind . I can also advice to ask their airport transfer service which is much cheaper and safer than taxi ride ,if you prefer There are small local and unusual restaurants, cafes, lokantas and many other shops around. Room and whole hotel was always hot , Central heating was full on ! Room has kettle coffee cups, fridge, tv, Aircon, towels and bathroom amenities .... I know that I would love to stay here in this room again , next time Thanks

I stayed at the room with balcony in 6th floor with my husband for 4 nights. It was a good experience. The location is great. Internet speed is fantastic. Staff are so kind and helpful… in one world I would come here again!

- Staff (amazing people, super nice to me, very helpful) - Location (top place, close to taksim, main street, galata area ) - Comfortable bed (and very clean) - Coffee, tea, water in the room

There was only one thing that I didn't like. When I booked the room, it said 2 rooms and a patio, but in the end there was a choice either you get a place with two rooms, or one room and a patio. But besides that everything was great.

I was pleased by the good customer service of all the workers at the front desk. They helped me anytime I had questions. Gave me advice on a PCR test. Made sure my PCR test was done professionally. They also helped me communicate with the taxi drivers. Also they helped me make sure the wifi was working properly.

It is a bit noisy on the streets nearby. However with closed windows and Air conditioning it is not a problem.

I'm at this hotel for the second time. And both times were good. One of the quiet places around Taksim Square the narrow street near Istiklal. Great for single budget traveler. 24/7 reception, elevator, clean rooms, fridge, great shower, air conditioner, tv, you can trust pictures... everything you need for couple of days stay and meet the city. Just to let people know that maybe the room is too small, but as I said its a great match for price+location+accomodation. By the way the police station near by, so it should be more safe

I like everything. The staff is amazing and welcoming. They helped me with a suitcase. They always answer to calls and immediately help us with everthing. They even allow us to left our suitcases in the hotel on our last day because our check out at 12:00 but we were supposed to fly at 18:00, so we are so thankful for their understanding. We stayed 10 days and every day they cleaned perfectly our room. Regarding location, its in Taksim, near the metro and bus stations, location was actually very good. There is a police station near the hotel, so its safe.
