We stayed for 1 night and the hotel provided us with everything we needed. It looks like it is a new hotel/has been refurbished recently so the facilities were very good. The room is not very big but has a big wardrobe that helps. The hotel and room were clean, breakfast was decent and the staff friendly.

Slightly noisy due to the location. We are not light sleepers so didn't have an issue but be mindful that you can hear noise from the bars outside.

The hotel neighborhood is noisy at night due to night clubs and cafes around. but that was expected as it is in the heart of Istiqlal street, very crowded area. The room was a little bit small, but with excellent furniture.

This hotel is a hidden gem! Brand new (opened less than a year), everything feels fresh and modern. My room was spotless, and the housekeeping service kept it that way throughout my stay. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. One thing I really loved was the personalized breakfast service. Instead of a buffet, they bring a delicious tray directly to your table in the lobby, with a choice of eggs (omelette or sunny-side up). This was perfect for those late mornings after exploring the city, and they serve it all the way until 11 am!

The room, while perfectly clean thanks to the housekeeping staff, was a bit on the compact side with no desk or a small sitting area. This wasn't a dealbreaker for me, but it's worth noting for those who prefer a more spacious room.

while our stay was overall pleasant, there were a few drawbacks. The bar outside was very loud, especially on the weekends, making it hard to sleep. The elevator was too small, making it difficult to carry luggage or a stroller. Additionally, the breakfast had the same limited options every day. I recommend to arrange the taxi your self to the airport via booking.

Exceptional staff. My baggage got lost by the airline and the 24/7 front desk staff members helped me to make calls and check its status. I don’t eat breakfast (just coffee in the morning), but it did look delicious. Location is just a few steps from the busy shopping street with endless restaurants, bars, and cafes. 8 minute walk to Taksim metro.

As others have noted, it is noisy at night. I actually didn’t mind this as I found the noise to be relaxing after a long day of walking/eating. My biggest suggestion would be to improve the WiFi on the second floor. Both WiFi options did not work well for me (on any of my devices) and I had to mostly rely on using data instead of WiFi. If you work remotely, WiFi could be an issue.

Ms Asya (Front Desk), Ms Selen (Front Desk), Mr Burak (Front Desk) & Mr Umut (Duty Manager / Boss) - are key people who go above and beyond to elevate your stay. They are always there to help you at the time of need. They treat you like their own family and at the same time they are professional and love what they do. Its a brand new property, well maintained, situated at prime location, friendly and helpful people. Roughly 50 mins from the airport. If you want comfort and spacious rooms, I recommend to please go for superior or deluxe rooms.Please check the room size or dimensions before booking (very important !). Street noise coming from nearby pubs (typically 2300hrs - 0300hrs max) is not a deal breaker at all. This place and area has a wonderful vibe, but all I ask you is go with an open mind, enjoy and make every moment count ! This area has easy access to places via taxi (yellow taxi & uber), trams and metro. Taxis are expensive and despite the language barrier, people are warm, welcoming and helpful. I recommend using google translator app and use bus, metro or trams over taxi. Will definitely recommend people to please come here and stay !!!

A Perfect Stay at 21 Rooms Hotel - Highly Recommended! Our recent stay at 21 Rooms Hotel in Istanbul was absolutely delightful. The hotel itself is ideally located just steps away from the vibrant Istiklal Street, making it a perfect base for exploring the city's lively shops, cafes, and attractions. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing. We also loved the breakfast each morning—a great spread of fresh, delicious options to start the day right! However, the highlight of our stay was the incredible staff. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. Special thanks to Asya and Burak, who were always there with a smile, but we must give a massive shout-out to Selen. She was nothing short of amazing! Selen guided us on where to go, helped us book trips, and provided invaluable advice throughout our stay. Her kindness and willingness to help made such a difference and added a personal touch to our visit. We are so grateful to her! New hotel, very clean and fantastic staff.

The hotel location is just off taksim square, which is a good place to stay, however, due to location, its in the midst of several night clubs and the noise from the music is a bit of a downer. Other than that, absolutely superb!

I had a great stay at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. The location is fantastic, just a 1-minute walk from the iconic Istiklal Avenue, which is always bustling with life. The staff were polite, professional, and very helpful. I would definitely love to return in the future. Special mention about Selen from reception, she makes you feel at home. Room was cozy but clean.

I traveled to Istanbul on a long flight of over 10 hours with Turkish Airlines from Mauritius and didn’t get much sleep onboard. I requested an early check-in between 8:00 and 9:00 AM. When I arrived at the hotel around 8:30 AM, a room was available but not yet ready, and I was asked to wait for about two hours. Instead of resting, I decided to head out and explore the city before checking in. There was some loud music in the neighboring hotels till 22.00 hrs. After that it stopped

The location of the hotel is amazing, right next to the main pedestrian street. The breakfast is very good and tasty. I’d like to recognise friendly staff, especially receptionists Asya and Selen - they both helped me throughout my stay. Selen, thank you for the free beverage and almonds! On top of that I was also given a possibility of a late check out - Asya, thank you for that!

The noise level around may be an issue for some, however it’s a price you need to pay to be in the very centre of Istanbul. Toiletries could be better too, maybe you could think of installing fixed refillable dispensers under a shower.
