I like the warm welcome of the staff and also is big and nice

i was asked to deposit 100$ for each night as deposit and I was staying 6 nights which is too much I have asked the receptionist to remove whatever in minibar as I wonkiest it … then after he asked me to deposit only 200& instead of 600$

Clean and central

Usually staff at check in are very welcoming and provide upgrades for regular clients . The lady who checked me in was rude even though I was a hotel regular customer. Disappointing check in . Staff at the terrace and shisha always nice and welcoming

The location was convenient, close to many attractions of Istanbul. The room was comfortable with friendly housekeeping. The breakfast was rich with many varieties. I also liked the garden cafe area where it was pleasant to sit and enjoy coffee, tea and snack service.

The reception, concierge, and breakfast staff could be friendlier. The breakfasts end too early for vacationing visitors and service was not very friendly and flexible. The breakfast room was very crowded, somewhat stuffy with too many people wasting a lot of food. It would have been better to have breakfast in an open space allowing to enjoy the beautiful views of the Bosphorus.

Everything was great at the hotel, the location is great just few steps away from Taksim Square, the staff is amazing & very friendly , very helpy, the room is spacious, the lobby is huge & luxury, they have amazing Terrace & wonderful rooftop bar & restaurant in floor 27 with amazing view of bosphorus & Taksim Square They are very professional in dealing I broke accidentally glass of water & they refused to charge me I highly recommend it

I requested I high floor room but instead they put me in 1st Floor!! But I understand these requests is based on availability

Everything was wonderful, I hope to return back to this hotel again, staff was very friendly. I remember the name of one colleuge Mr. Hasan was so friendly explaining me everything regarding the city and location etc. Im so grateful to the hotel Management that can arrange such a premium level of service to the guests.

everything was fantastic. Just one remark, Roof top restaurant closed a little bit earlier. So beautiful place I wish to sit there till the late times. But again it is just my concern, I can understand that the staff getting tired and they have to rest as well))

-Check in and out takes long time with the staff . -The noises of the police/ambulance car horn doesn’t stop even at med night . -the electric door key didn’t open . I went several times to the reception to recharge it but it didn’t work , then they send the technician to remove the handle and change the battery . This take around 45 minutes till we enter the room . That was at the first day of my arrival to the hotel . They should do that before sending the guests .

one of staff who carried the loggage is so unprofession manner ,his reaction manner was so rude when he get tip and he assume it’s not enough.he must know that tip is a kindness and gift and always must be appreciate about that but this man always scape of giving me a sevice several time .but other was good speciallya young man as name as nesen he was young but his manner was perfect like orher the people who was caering the loggage who has bad manner has bald hair and around 47-52 years old ( don’t like to wirte his name

Fantastic location , super close to all the action at Taksim square and also the Havaist bus stop for the Istanbul airports . Our room was immaculate with a beautiful side view of the BOSPHORUS . We always came back to a super clean room after a long day of work and sightseeing . The breakfast spread was vast catering to everyone’s need ! The people at the doors always greeted us with a warm smile . All in all a perfect stay !

A bit dated but they’ve already begun their renovations , so am really looking forward to a new / modern hotel when I visit next time !

Fantastic restaurant staff both in the breakfast restaurant and the lobby restaurant in the evening. They were on the ball and eager to please. A personal welcome and friendly comment each time which was really nice. The restaurant manager watches everything and is also very efficient. Check in was very good and the concierge and taxi staff were also great. Overall staff were the best I've had and I've stayed in a lot of hotels! Room warm, comfortable, spacious and sunny. Oh, and a great view from the bar at the top - breathtaking! Perfect location too. Calm but right next to the buzz of the main shopping street.

A pillow menu would be good as I did have difficulty with the very fat pillows! Some might love them but I prefer a very thin one.

This is an absolute jewel of a hotel. I haven’t stayed somewhere that has treated my family and me this good in a long time (at least since the pandemic). The room; the breakfast; the lobby; the gym and spa; not to mention the super helpful and patient concierges. This hotel has got it all.

It goes without saying that there are parts of the hotel that are starting to look worn out (namely the bathroom) but that’s a detail that doesn’t impact on the overall experience.
