For the first time I rushed into booking a hotel without looking too far into reviews. I saw the pics the location and the booking.com rating and thought okay. After booking is when I really looked into the reviews. Was scared and tried everything to cancel the booking. After trying everything possible we stuck with the hotel with the agreement that if it wasn't up to scratch we'd cancel our booking. It was my girlfriend's birthday and also valentine's day and I asked the hotel if they could decorate the room. To my suprise they did an amazing job at decorating the room (pics) the room was so spacious and very clean. No bed bugs for us. There is a club at the top floor and the music is very loud till the early hours of the morning but me and my girlfriend were fine. Some of the reviews here are a bit exaggerated. The hotel is in a prime location with activities famous food spots etc all within walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very nice people Didn't get a chance to try their breakfast we was never up on time Overall I haven't got many complaints, for the price paid I'm more than happy

1. The location is very good, just at the end of Independence Street, a famous check-in point. Downstairs are restaurants, bars, and a street of eating, drinking and entertainment. 2. The hotel owner and waiters are very nice. As soon as we entered, the waiters took the initiative to lift several of our boxes weighing several dozen kilograms to the front desk. 3. They were happy to provide any help I needed. Since I was not familiar with transportation, I asked for directions. The hotel owner took me directly to the subway and lent me a local travel card for 3 days (of course I would pay cash to Boss, we can’t let him spend money) 4. After traveling to so many countries, I feel the best in Istanbul. The locals are very warm and friendly. Recommended index 5 stars

Good price and location. Very helpful administrative and reception staff.

The room was too dirty. Window was broken and outside noise coming from bar was too loud. Hard to get sleep. But after complaining they changed our room. That room was completely satisfying. Administrative staff provided good customer focused. Housekeeping should be improved.

Good location in a middle of central street, small nice kitchen in a rum. Ofcourse it is not new hotel so some recover in need. comfortable bed.

WIFE was weak so you cannot use it 100%. appartament are in city centrum over the night club or bar so need to be prepared to listen loud music sometimes until 3 o’clock in night time.

The stuff was friendly and they always did what I asked for.

The music was quit loud from the nightclub. So better to have ear plugs! Then it is ok and you get good sleep.

It is located in the center, right next to the metro. They helped us a lot. I recommend it to everyone. The price is very affordable.

Actually, it went very well, the staff was good, the location was excellent, the price was very nice, the rooms were quite big compared to the location.

everything was very nice, our room was very big, it was very lively, there is a metro everywhere right next to it.
