- Breakfast: Simple, but tasty breakfast in the room. Ideal to start the day! - Location: Close to Taksim, but the walk to the square is a bit uphill. - Room: Very clean, everything we needed was there. - Host: Omer made our stay amazing! Each morning he asked us the planning for the day and helped to figure out the public transport and gave tips. In the evening he asked us how our day was. Always available if we needed anything. The most kind man in Istanbul! Not your average hotel receptionist, but somebody that actually cares and is really friendly. If we visit Istanbul ever again, we will stay here again. Would recommend! 10/10

The hotel owner, Omer is the best host. helped us in everything, in early check in, late check out, when we were leaving, he organized taxi, I needed to print some papers and his printer was broken, but even didn'tell it to me, went somewere and brought for me printings. He was like our good friend.You can really rely on him. One thing what was for me problem was uphill way up to taxim, but Omer was so great person that it overweights everything.

The Area is safe and quiet even late at night, its a 10 mins walk to the busy beautiful streets, the building and room were very clean the house keeper is very friendly and does her great job with a smile on her face. There's tons of supermarkets and literally everything you need in that street. AND TO THE BEST PART OF MY STAY WAS THE HOST OMAR that man is amazing he's more than a host he's like family its my first time to Istanbul and he LITERALLY helped me with EVERYTHING without me even asking, he made me and my mother feel like home and i advice everyone especially first timers to stay at his suites.

it was not a problem for me but my mom stuggled a bit with the steep street (the nature of istanbul streets) to get to Taksim main street but got used to it in a couple of days. So keep that in mind if you're traveling with an elderly that got a problem walking that type of street.

The location was pretty good, close to the center and was in a quiet neighborhood. There are several good places to get food, and supermarket about 2mins away. Internet was fast enough if you plan to work. Omer the owner was super nice, and caring. Knows city well, and cares about customers, just ask him or let him know if there is an issue.

First floor rooms can be a bit noisy due them being connected to lobby. Which wasn’t issue to me as, the place is being booked for longer periods people going and out don’t happen frequently.

First thing you would encounter when you start to go there, is the steep alleys and you may be disappointed, but as soon as you meet Ömer, the owner, all equations will change. He is the most helpful and caring person you can imagine as a property owner. When I entered the hotel, my baggage wheel broke and he repaired it for me, can you believe it? And he cares about all you're going to do in İstanbul and all you are going to need there. I will definitely miss him and I am sure I will be back to marvel suites whenever I go back to Istanbul. The location is very good at the heart of Istanbul and you have access to the old Istanbul city and historical places if you are a tourist. At the end I suggest to my dear Ömer to bring some diversity to breakfast menu and add some fruits to it. God bless you

Everything was great and excellent at Marvel suites. Our hosts, Ömer and his staff, were always ready to help us; they were lovely, attentive, and caring. Ömer treated us like a part of his family. He gave us constructive advice about trips, transportation, and good local food places. The apartment is very close to Taksim square, a straightforward way to reach everywhere in the city. The location also was nearby to a supermarket. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Don't hesitate to book it!

There is nothing to complain about.

It was a great stay! If I want to describe this hotel in one sentence, I'd say that they "care" about the costumers in all possible ways. The rooms are clean and without any damages; the manager is so kind and nice, he tells you where to eat, where to visit and what is the best to go there. He accepts the booking fees in Lira or Dollars with reasonable rates. He even changed my extra Liras to Dollars at the time of my departure and arranged a taxi for me. You feel like home in this hotel :)

Breakfast options could be more diverse.

Initially I booked a room in this hotel for 1 week but after coming to Istanbul our plans changes and we stayed almost two weeks. Hotel is close to Taksim square where you can find metro, buses, taxi, funicular or have a walk along İstiklal street. Manager Omer speaks English very well. He was very kind and helpful. It was chilly weather in Istanbul, but it was still warm and comfortable in our room.

Breakfast is exactly the same every day. I didn't feel safe on the streets near hotel in the evenings.

I adored the commitment to making guests feel at home and very welcome. And also the host had a rare trait of eagerness to be helpful and assist you with anything you need and even direct you on things your mind didn’t think off. Mr Omer is in fact extraordinary and makes you have the feeling of being in a 5 star resort.
