The hotel is very clean and very helpful staffs there was an Afghanistani man who was very kind helpful that unfortunately i don’t remember his name. Thanks a lot for the shuttle service which was very nice to get taksim and Osmanbey. And the drivers was very polite and kind. Breakfast was vary and good. A bit salty i hope they regards it and also it was a pity have no coffee machine and you have to pay extra for coffee. The only problem which i didn’t like was the bar which has a menu with no currency ,you will surprised with the prices snd also no good quality. We ordered one offigato and simple vanilla ice cream, which non of them was their name and they charged us 30 usd for that !!!! I was shocked. The staffs need more english education as they cant speak english and communication is very hard. The location is in a steepy road so use the shuttle if you are with elderly people or disables

I stayed at Naz City Hotel together with my parents. The staff is very friendly, mannered and quick to help. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Bed is comfortable and big. Previously to my coming I had some specifications about my staying and they were fulfilled. The neighbourhood were the hotel is located is not necessarily the best, but the hotel has a shuttle bus that offers for free round trip to major points of interest. Mad respect for the drivers for coming so quickly, being so respectful and hardworking. Hopefully they will get a raise. The journey is short to taksim or osmanbey and adds charm to your trip in my opnion. Thank you to all the staff for being hardworking and with a smile on your face. See you soon!

The hotel is fantastic, it was a perfect place to stay for our family’s first visit to Istanbul. Interior design is modern & room was nice with comfortable bed & lovely bathroom, had everything we needed. Facilities were great to have, we used pool, steam & Turkish bath, all areas were very clean and looked after. The cherry on top was the Superb staff working at the hotel from management to housekeeping! very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. Customer service front team: the Manager, Murat, Marta, Serkan, Burak, (I apologise for not remembering everyone’s names) all went above and beyond to assist me with personal challenges i came across during my vacation. I lost my creditcard & they helped me booking and paying for things i needed online, they accepted placing a box of bought foods in the restaurant refrigerator as the mini fridge in room wasn’t big enough, other arrangements & assistance in several occasions even on short notice were all attended to, I even requested one day our paid breakfast to be served to the room instead of going to the restaurant as i wasn't feeling well, that was granted too! Complimentary nice fruit platter to make up for a tiny misunderstanding. Staff service was honestly outstanding as they were very polite, attentive and caring at all times which adds a huge value to the already nice hotel. I really cant thank them enough! Breakfast was excellent with international and traditional options, a great selection and daily different dishes. Everything was fresh and cooked perfectly. Chef and waiters were very professional and Melek was always lovely and warm ready to help. 24/7 free shuttle service is a top service! Tremendously helpful and compensate for the hotel’s location although its central-which allowed for guided tour pickups and dropoffs. We truly enjoyed our stay at Naz City and would not hesitate to book again, already recommending it to our friends and family coming to Istanbul!

Pool temperature was abit cold to our liking. Everything else was just perfect!

Room style and space. Facilities and amenities are good. Cleanness. Staff are professional and always willing to help. Location is perfect in my opinion, not in the crowd / noise, and not far at the same time. An always available free shuttle to Taksim square if you don’t want to walk (it’s an 8 to 10 minutes walk). Very nice overall!

This is a general comment (not only about the hotel staff, I noticed it also with many of the shops sales staff,…etc. with a few exceptions).. They tend to be overly direct (More than the “needed direct”), they interrupt a lot in conversations and jump to conclusions before listening.. that conclusion is not always right obviously.. My advice is simply: Actively listen before you interrupt, and smile more often maybe.. It makes a big difference.

A hotel that made visiting the beautiful city of Istanbul even more memoraible! The staff was very welcoming and proffesional. The one that stood out the most to us was the amazing man named Aktor. This man deserves all the good in the world like the good he delivers! His positivity and hospitality is truly inspiring and a reflection of the soul that the city of Istanbul presents and delivers. Aktor deserves a raise! The facilities were amazing. Spa included with a swimming pool, gym, hammam, sauna and Turkish steambath. The breakfast option is highly recommendable (open buffet). Free shuttle service to Taksim square and back. Room was very clean and good taken care of with a bathroom that has a rain shower, bidet and shower gels for any purpose included. A very pleasent experience at this hotel!

The best thing about this hotel is the staff, especially Ms. Ece and Mr. Celal at the reception desk. They helped us right away any time with everything we needed. The location is not the best but the free shuttle service made it much better and its good to mention that we didn't have to wait long everytime we called for a shuttle from or to the hotel.

Breakfast needs some tweaking and some additions but overall it was good. The hotel is very clean, but management should provide glass cups in the rooms instead of cardboard cups, in addition to making sure to provide more toiletries because we did not have enough toiletries in our room for most of our stay.

It’s definitely safe for single females as recommended. I felt very safe and the women and the men were so attentive and respectful. This is the hotel for you if you coming for any kind of surgery because the spa steam rooms and pool s n even gyms are included but also 24 hour room service is imported when your on a different time zone and or your medical tourism has unique needs like I needed soft foods at crazy times so I highly recommend the shrimp risotto and cheesecake along with the ice cream. The rooms are so nice and no waiting for hot water and they do have English movie channels that are 24 hours along with English cnn. The food was never more then 15 min of waiting and again was amazing lots to choose from Asian, Italian , American, Turkish, sooo good. The location was amazing and the free shuttle they offer takes you to n from the shopping area

The air fresheners in the room are a bit strong but it only last for a bit and smells good

Location location location is near to important places plus they offer shuttle for 24 hrs take you to three places for free. Staff are very professional polite and helpful without exemption but I remember: Serkan, Naz , Omer, and ECE (please forgive me as I forgot others) , swimming pool is good.. breakfast special and its value is reasonable. Really we like everything and this was why we extended three times and came back last two nights. They offer the service of keeping your luggage while you shortly leave the place.

Nothing really but room services need to make sure to place and provide water bottles, tea/coffee bags and tissues with no need to make guests keep asking as some are missed

All the staff were friendly, helpful and caring, smiling all the time. The names that I remember are (Gelen, Yaqoob, Abdulrahman, By Rashid, Astor, and all the others that I forgot their name, even the cleaner). Whenever we call the room service, they are always on time. I reserved a room with breakfast. They serve several types of food on different main course daily. I had dinner one day and I loved the food and the drinks.

Everything Amazing except the location but they offer a 24/7 shuttle for 3 places (Taksim, Nisantasi , Osman bey) But the drop area for Taksim must be changed, because in the night I didn’t feel safe.
