Good location. Not immediately next to the main tourist attractions but they have a free shuttle service to take you to drop off points near most places you’d want to go. Staff were very helpful. The gym and pool are good for the size of the hotel. Overall a great stay.

A few dated policies such as “no outside food or drink” which feel both unnecessary and kind of old fashioned. I doubt these policies actually encourage people to eat in the hotel restaurant (which looked good) so in the end it just feels silly.

I recently stayed at the hotel for the second time and continue to be impressed by it. The accommodations are very comfortable, with clean, spacious rooms and an excellent spa. The 24-hour free shuttle service to three tourist spots is a great perk, and the staff are exceptional in assisting with everything. I want to extend special thanks to its employees ECE, Yusuf, and Cihan for their outstanding service. I also appreciate the complimentary upgrade to a room with a terrace. I will certainly choose Nac City Hotel Taksim for my next visit to Istanbul.

Quiet location

Not close to restaurants and good couldn’t be brought from the outside

The hotel is very clean and very helpful staffs there was an Afghanistani man who was very kind helpful that unfortunately i don’t remember his name. Thanks a lot for the shuttle service which was very nice to get taksim and Osmanbey. And the drivers was very polite and kind. Breakfast was vary and good. A bit salty i hope they regards it and also it was a pity have no coffee machine and you have to pay extra for coffee. The only problem which i didn’t like was the bar which has a menu with no currency ,you will surprised with the prices snd also no good quality. We ordered one offigato and simple vanilla ice cream, which non of them was their name and they charged us 30 usd for that !!!! I was shocked. The staffs need more english education as they cant speak english and communication is very hard. The location is in a steepy road so use the shuttle if you are with elderly people or disables

The hotel is very good in everything, and what’s making better is the nice staff The location is very convenient with the free shuttle to the major places near the hotel I stayed in this hotel four times and I intend to staying again next time

Modern and up to date finishes. The room size was large, so is the bed (comfy too), and the best air-conditioning I have experienced in a very long time. The bathroom was great, generous in size, amazing shower. The gym is very well equipped with new/modern equipment, the best I've seen in all of Turkey in a hotel. The pool is large and a nice place to relax. Room was always clean, with a sauna you can use. I could always take the hotel shuttle to and from Taksim at any time of day or night at no charge which was very convenient and a nice touch.

The breakfast was limited, but typical Turkish style. The location is not the best but is a short drive to Taksim. The room I booked was not as in the photos, I really needed a desk and chair to work on my laptop. Only CNN if you're looking for English television, and signal to the television was unstable at times. The restaurant is well expensive, especially if you only grab a cappuccino (350TL)

Our stay was spectacular, the hotel was very clean and very safe , the hotel is located in a very calm area and everything is near and the hotel has a 24/7 shuttle which helped us alot, the shuttle drivers were very nice with us specially (murat and aktar) . The hotel reception staff were very helpful, friendly and polite, they always welcomed us with a big smile on their faces specially ( yusuf, atoosa, cihan, cihan, gurbet and ece). Some of the staff speak multiple languages so everyone will be happy here.

Everything was perfect.

I stayed at Naz City Hotel together with my parents. The staff is very friendly, mannered and quick to help. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Bed is comfortable and big. Previously to my coming I had some specifications about my staying and they were fulfilled. The neighbourhood were the hotel is located is not necessarily the best, but the hotel has a shuttle bus that offers for free round trip to major points of interest. Mad respect for the drivers for coming so quickly, being so respectful and hardworking. Hopefully they will get a raise. The journey is short to taksim or osmanbey and adds charm to your trip in my opnion. Thank you to all the staff for being hardworking and with a smile on your face. See you soon!

Whatever review I write would never express the amazing stay I had at this hotel!! Everything is perfect, it should've been a 5 stars hotel from the amount of professionalism and luxury you feel from the moment you step at the reception! Rooms are very clean and spacious! Breakfast is a must at your stay, so many varieties and super delicious! Room service, housekeeping, the whole seven was exceptional.. They have free shuttle to certain destinations which incredibly convenient! Yusuf and Atoosa were the highlight of our trip! So friendly and professional, love them🤍

The hotel is fantastic, it was a perfect place to stay for our family’s first visit to Istanbul. Interior design is modern & room was nice with comfortable bed & lovely bathroom, had everything we needed. Facilities were great to have, we used pool, steam & Turkish bath, all areas were very clean and looked after. The cherry on top was the Superb staff working at the hotel from management to housekeeping! very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. Customer service front team: the Manager, Murat, Marta, Serkan, Burak, (I apologise for not remembering everyone’s names) all went above and beyond to assist me with personal challenges i came across during my vacation. I lost my creditcard & they helped me booking and paying for things i needed online, they accepted placing a box of bought foods in the restaurant refrigerator as the mini fridge in room wasn’t big enough, other arrangements & assistance in several occasions even on short notice were all attended to, I even requested one day our paid breakfast to be served to the room instead of going to the restaurant as i wasn't feeling well, that was granted too! Complimentary nice fruit platter to make up for a tiny misunderstanding. Staff service was honestly outstanding as they were very polite, attentive and caring at all times which adds a huge value to the already nice hotel. I really cant thank them enough! Breakfast was excellent with international and traditional options, a great selection and daily different dishes. Everything was fresh and cooked perfectly. Chef and waiters were very professional and Melek was always lovely and warm ready to help. 24/7 free shuttle service is a top service! Tremendously helpful and compensate for the hotel’s location although its central-which allowed for guided tour pickups and dropoffs. We truly enjoyed our stay at Naz City and would not hesitate to book again, already recommending it to our friends and family coming to Istanbul!

Pool temperature was abit cold to our liking. Everything else was just perfect!
