The hotel has a very good location, it is in the middle of Taksim square. Within 10-minute walk you can arrive the Metro station. The room is clean and neat. It has elevator and air conditioner. The staff in the front desk is friendly and helpful. You can store your lugguage there if you would like to check out earlier. Update 17.12.2022: The hotel Staff Mr. Sayed was so responsible who read my review and then talked to the taxi office again. Eventually he got the amount back what was charged additionally by the driver. I am very satisfied with the handling and his extra effort. Thanks a lot for it and I really appreciate his professionalism and his attitude.

The lobby is a bit dark, this accommodation does not provide breakfast. The room itself was clean yet a bit tiny if you travelled with a big luggage (29 inch), you might not have enough space to open it without blocking your ways. As a side note: I had a communication problem when booking the taxi via the hotel. The accommodation booked the transfer service for me. When I arrived my destination, the driver overcharged than what was agreed and he was rather impatient. The issue was reported and the hotel was responsive but for me it was not a very pleasant experience.

Early check in: They worked hard to make my check in earlier Since I arrived earlier than expected The location: is close to a bus station from which u can use Istanbul card to reach almost any where just use moovit app for this purpose or any other app u see fit Istiklal street: is very close and stays open late Extra security measures: Unlike other hotels this one take an extra mile to make you feel safe, they actually close the door from inside at night (post 00:00) and u can just know on the door once they verify you only then they will open. AC: good air conditioner in the room Fridge: very good mini fridge, the water gets very cold View: from the 5th floor the view is on the street and you can see all the shops.

Wifi: sometimes it stops and u wouldnt know because you are still connected but no internet, so if someone was trying to reach you u might miss him, so I called once and they restarted the router then it worked. Location: very busy and loud at night, due to bars and coffee shops etc.., but this is specific to this whole area, not related to this hotel

Great location near a busy street and metro station. We stayed there for a week. The room was tidy and it was cleaned every day. It was quiet in our room even though the hotel is on a street with many bars. The view from the window was on the wall but it didn't bother us as we were just sleeping there. The room had an AC and a fridge. Exceptional support from the hotel staff - they were very friendly and helpful for the whole stay and made it very easy for us.

The pillows are not comfortable for me personally. Internet is weak for video calls (but fine for just surfing the web). The rooms are quite small.

Hotel is located near the touristic street Istiklal. It's a small hotel, but cozy and clear. The owners are very pleasant. Every day our room was cleaned, thanks for it))

We didn't notice any problems

During my trip, I decided to switch to this hotel for a couple of nights because my previous stay (24 Boutique Hotel) had been a complete nightmare. This hotel is in a fantastic location–just a 5-minute walk to Istiqlal Street and less than 10 minutes from Taksim metro station. The neighborhood is safe, so you can easily get around at any time. The room itself was small but cozy and spotlessly clean. Surprisingly, despite the nearby bar and other noises, the windows did a great job of keeping things quiet, allowing for a good night's sleep :) If you're mainly using the room for resting and a quick shower, it's definitely worth the price. However, in my point of view the room is best suited for a single person due to its size. I can't speak highly enough about the reception staff. They were available 24/7, whether it was day or night. My check-out was scheduled for early morning, and when my Uber was taking a while to accept, the receptionist stepped in, talked to the driver, and even helped me with my suitcase into the taxi. Their service was exceptional.

My holiday was absolutely enchanting, thanks to this hotel! I was genuinely amazed by the incredible location, situated close to everything. The staff, with their friendliness, added a delightful touch to my stay. The rooms and bathrooms were not only impeccably clean but also impressively well-equipped, providing almost every necessity. Everything lived up to the description, leaving me utterly in love with my experience. Without a doubt, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is very clean, towels were changed daily, has an elevator and the host is very happy to help with everything. He took us to a place where we could have breakfast and answered all our questions about the surrounding area. Bathrooms have two shampoos, soap and hairdryer. Room has a mini fridge, TV, wardrobe, two mirrors, comfortable bed and blackout curtains. The hotel is close to the main street so keep in mind the rooms that are facing the front of the hotel are a bit nosier than the rest as there’s people walking by but we didn’t have any issues sleeping through the night. There’s a car park close by as well right under Taksim Mosque that has 24/7 security and is underground.

Our host was really kind, helpful and respectful. The location is great. We got a room on the top floor in the back of the hotel and didn't hear any street noise so if you have trouble sleeping I recommend asking for a room in the back. There is an elevator in the hotel. The location of the hotel is perfect - close to the famous Istiklal Street and also to Taksim Square (the central point of many transport routes). However, no noise was heard in the room. A room was very clean with spacious bathroom and all the necessities for a pleasant stay. They cleaned the room every day and changed the towels at the same time. The staff was very friendly and hospitable and ready to help with anything.

There are no bad things to say about.
