Everything and everyone was exceptionally amazing! The location and the staff was the best! I would definitely stay here again!!! The manager, the reception, the housekeeper, even the boss is very helpful and friendly!!

Actually there was nothing that I didn’t like except that there was maintenance working going on at one the buildings next to us, directly by our window! So during the daytime 9-17 there was some much noise that we couldn’t hear ourselves, but after 17 was perfect! This was off no fault of the hotel but I have to mention it because I think this maintenance would be going on for a while!!

I want to convey my best wishes to reception staff, especially Mrs.Tuba and Mrs. Omur and specially thanks to Mr. Rasoul which helped me to take my baggies to my room. Ms. Tuba helped me very much to find places, metro stations and etc. the room was clean and they cleaned the room every day. Free Wifi was perfect with high speed. The location is great. less than one min from Istiklal street and 10 min to Taksim metro station and bus stops. I really recommend to Istanbul guests to stay in taksim trust hotel.

there are some night clubs near the hotel which they made noise in the main street of hotel but it was ok for us because the windows was sound prof.

Location is perfect close to everything ans few minutes from istiklal and taksim Square. The staff was amazing and helpful . Special thanks to Tugba she was very kind and helpful cooperative and help whenever is needed . She knows everything and choose for you the best selections

Helpful stuff, great location: a lot of places to eat and shops around. Good internet at all locations (both lobby and in the rooms).

A single room is small, does not have a window, becomes wet after you have a shower.

The hotel is decent clean and well managed The most amazing thing in the whole hotel is the hospitality especially the receptionists Tuba she's so friendly with an amazing communication skills which is rare these days in Istanbul ....

The location is great. A minute away from Istiklal street and less than ten to Taksim square. The personnel is very nice and helpful. Thank you! I'm definitely coming to Istanbul again.

The location of the hotel was great, 3 minutes by walking to Taksim Square, the room was clean and the breakfast was great and the staff was very helpful. I recommend you to stay in the hotel.
