The location was great. In the heart of everything, will definately stay there again. The staff also were very kind and welcoming + helpful.

It needs small repairs here and there, some facilities were not available at our rooms and we had to ask for it, but the staff were helpful and tried to provide everything we asked for. The rooms need to be painted and wish the terrace was made to be a resturant as the view from it was amazing :)

The staff were all exceptional with excellent customer service skills. They all went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Hotel is located in the middle of all the action (shopping, restaurants, clubs) and was very clean. Would stay here again for sure.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Easy to find and the surrounding area is full with restaurants , cafes, and entertainment. The staff are great, helpful and friendly, they were so kind to agree for a later check out because my flight was a little bit later in the day. Rooms are very clean and tidy, with free water kettle, tea and coffee. I will certainly stay there in my next visit to Istanbul.

i used to live in İstanbul but now visiting the country like a tourist for few days. I know the city very well and prefer this newly restored hotel due to several reasons . Before I list these for you, I can say that i am satisfied and it is value for money. This is my second stay here but booked it on Booking.com this time when i found the best price. Special thanks to the Reception for having my room ready 1-2 hours earlier than the regular chek-in time. -i had read the reviews before i booked and accordingly asked for a silent room when i arrived so i did not hear any sound from club houses when windows were closed. When you have the airconditioner it is perfect especially during hot Istanbul summer. -my room was clean , had nice and confy bed, soft towels ,sheets. -reception guys were very friendly and they advised me during checkin that i can ask room clean anytime during my stay. Indeed i just stayed for 1 day this time and couldnot try it but don't be shy, just ask the reception when you need it. -everything was clean, smelled nice, i saw cleaning lady around mopping the floors -it is a high ceiling historical building and i was suprised that inside is completely restored and built from scratch -location is perfect !! and you don't need to deal with taxi drivers since you have subway station nearby. So you can get in other parts of Istanbul very easily. Indeed everyone come to this area near your hotel so you just need to walk outside if you are a tourist not a business person. -There are also lots of restaurants, so you can eat wherever you want whenever you want. -i want to thank reception again and advise the visitors to communicate with them any time they need help so that i hope they will disagree with negative reviews who hold grudge rather than being objective. Do your own comparison with other hotels in the area, you won't regret it .

currently Hotel does not offer breakfast but i came across the hotel manager during checkout and had a short chat with him. He promised me that they will have a roof top restaurant soon. Don't forget to walk upstairs in the evening. It has a nice view of city. I saw people smoking and taking photos. In the future if you don't want to go outside for breakfast or coffee it will be a nice option to eat at the hotel.

The area is central, the room was pretty nice with a comfortable bed. Staff friendly and willing to help.

As the only negative, we note that we were given only towels for body, and not for hands/face. We were not given more towels during our stay.

Room was spacious and in really good condition. Close to Estklal street and Taksim square. Yokan (sp?) was really helpful with directions and advice on how to get to places. Other staff were also really nice, it just seemed to be Yokan that was on when we had questions.

These are not complaints as I'd definitely stay here again, just things to be aware of. There is a little street noise until the early hours, incase anyone expects absolute silence. Never kept us awake as it was not banging music, just from cafes mostly, I expect that's the same for that whole area. We were on the 1st floor so probably even quieter higher up.

the cleanness was very good. the location was a few meter from istiklal street and lots of bars and restaurants but i was not noisy at all and it was very close to public transportation. the staff was super friendly and helpful specially salih bey. i booked this boutique hotel for the second time and i will book it again in the future thank you guys

The hotel is located very close to Taksim Metro Station. It is a clean and decent hotel with spacious rooms.

Please take note of the following details: If you struggle with light sleep, you may have difficulty resting due to the noise from nearby street music. I also want to mention that there was no assistance available to help with carrying my luggage. Please be aware that the elevator is located on the first floor, which means you will need to navigate about 25 stairs with your luggage. Additionally, the room has a thin ceiling.
