The staff first and foremost were very hospitable and went above and beyond to help us during our stay. we upgraded to a high floor room with Bosporus view (much nicer than the one we originally reserved) for a little extra. The restaurant on rooftop has a beautiful view and the lobby cafe are both nice and worth trying. In terms of logistics, the location is still relatively close to the centre and grabbing a cab from the hotel is very easy so didn’t require a car to move around. Besiktas harbour only 5 mins away by car and Zorlu Centre 10 min walk away.

The only thing I’d mention is to add Netflix (and other apps) compatibility to the TV for international guests, and to provide the tea bags and coffee capsules free of charge as a nice touch for guests.

Early check in and breakfast

- 10minutes walk from the metro line, going uphill too! - quiet area, we do like how peaceful it is - reception are so accomodating and smooth check in and out, even the security was kind enough to take our photo - simple but very nice lobby - there are in house restaurants (italian at the top floor, one bar and i forgot the other one bith in ground floor😅), we didn't try any of them though - you need to give security deposit, cash or credit card are both accepted - the room is really poshy and my husband love it so much, with a nice view of the bridge where we supposed to see the fireworks for NYE ( we did btw but baby fireworks as we watch from the comfort of our hotel) - they have a welcome plate of chocolate which is very thoughtful - bed and pillows were so comfy too - good wifi connection - we are supposed to do the room service but we craved for japanese food instead got it delivered and so far it was fine - we really had a great time on this hotel, achieved the purpose of avoiding the crowds, so comfortable and just perfect for our NYE stay! truly recommend their service and their room, great option on this area! Btw, we book the room with the bridge view, worth it👍👌🌉

staff at reception were great - a special call out to Balca and Mustafa at reception who went out of their way to help me with everything and did so with a smile :) the spa is excellent. had the most amazing Turkish hamam experience and massage. prices also very reasonable the view from the restaurant was great! the breakfast is average but it is decent the room is small but looks newly renovated and is very neat

the location is nice however taxis didn’t seem to want to take me to/from hotel owing to the traffic or would charge me a lot extra. basic room things; aircon was broken when I came (26 deg) so the first night I couldn’t sleep. it was then fixed and by night 4 was broken again. no iron in the room and even though I asked them to keep it in the room they took it away each day. room service food is very reasonably priced but extremely limited options

The room was too warm airco didnt help had to open the window to cooldown the room.

The Hotel has a very pleasant vide. Staff are amazing with good focus on client service, and they are also responsive to your needs. I had a memorable experience. Everyone at the reception is lovely to talk to.

All good. Some loud noise of people talking from across the room late night on two different occasions. However, I appreciate that Hotel staff can’t do much about it because I did not report a noise complain.

The view was amazing since we got our room in the 20th floor. The location of the hotel was fabulous, we got to visit Zorlu center,Besiktas, many times walking or by public transport. Also, Sislie and Ortokoy were close to the hotel by Taxi.

The description of the room included soundproof but we keep hearing the elevators sounds. We faced a challenge finding a taxi most of the time.

The staff are so lovely and helpful at all times. Very professional. Amazing spa facilities. Gym was always empty for me and the pool. Super clean. Safe lockers. Fresh towels and slippers. Steam room and sauna immaculate. Happy to answer any questions.

The taxi ride at the end, was organised by the hotel porter who insisted on me taking his chosen taxi whilst I tried to request my own. This is expected is instanbul.

great big comfy beds, great service - they upgraded us to a Bosphorus view which was nice.

location was hit and miss. it’s great if you want to be near Bosporus and Besiktas but it’s far from main spots . taxis were good and cheap to get to where you needed but not on the way back.
